You Can't Run from Destiny – prologue

In the past we lived, alone, unaccepted and forgotten.

The path we walk is tainted with carnage. I didn't know any other life, except surviving to live another day. There was no longer a place for beings like me. At least not anymore, so I had to find one myself.

And then I realized. We had a place, but only in legends. Too many years pasted over time.

In our time superstition and the sword ruled. It was a time of darkness ruled by fear.

490 years ago we were betrayed by the humans we had sworn to protect, humans we sworn an oath of devotion to. We were sealed in time by a magic spell for over 500 years.

Now, here in Karakura, the spell is broken, and we live again.

The battle continues. The fact that I walk this path once more only serves to confirm my immoral fate. And what awaits me beyond this darkness. Is not yet set in stone, a time when I can change my fate.
