Similarities
Mavis suddenly popped up beside Laxus who was quietly sitting at the bar with Freed.
"Hi, Laxy!" She smiled cheerfully, finishing her sentence with a small giggle. Laxus only looked away in embarassment, he hated these little pet names, and wanted her to stop calling him that. But he was afraid that she would start crying, and Master would probably be scolding him the second she starts. Freed let out a small laugh at his nickname, silencing himself with a sip of alcohol.
"I thought I told you not to call me that," Laxus said in a harsh tone.
"Oh right, sorry Laxus!" She smiled once again, which bugged Laxus even more.
Meanwhile, Lisanna, Lucy and Juvia were watching from afar. The young Strauss girl had noticed something.
"Say, doesn't she look like his kid?" She asked, looking in their direction. The first master was patting his head while he looked on in distaste. Lucy looked in their direction.
"Yeah, she does actually." She smiled at the resemblance between them.
"Juvia thinks she looks like Mira-chan," She stated emotionlessly, trying to keep an eye on Gray at the same time. Lucy agreed and came to a conclusion.
"Wait, if them two had a kid, don't you think it would look a lot like Mavis?" She clasped her hands together, "They're like family!" Lisanna smiled with a pink tinge on her cheeks.
"Well, Mira-nee tends to get on really well with Laxus.." She trailed off, leaving the three in giggles.
"What're we laughing at?" Erza approached them in full armour, taking a seat inbetween Lucy and Juvia.
"Oh, well, we were just talking about Mavis." Lucy explained, to which was interruped by Juvia a few seconds later.
"Juvia thinks she has Laxus-san's eyes." She stared, and Erza immediately knew what they were talking about.
"Yeah, and the hair colour seems about right..." She added, slowly tilting her head to the left.
"And her hair, it's just like Mira's!" Lisanna cupped her cheeks with her palms and leaned forward, this was getting interesting.
"She laughs a lot too," Lucy reminded them, as to which they realised both Mira and Mavis are very happy people.
"Laxus-chan and Mavis-san are really serious sometimes." Juvia stated once again, but was only staring in that direction because she had spotted Gray having a conversation with Freed. Laxus was now watching Mavis trying to climb onto a barstool next to him, but then he lifted her by one hand and sat her down. She immediately hugged him.
"They act like family too." Erza concluded, they sighed.
"Oh Lucy, I can't wait until you and Natsu have kids!"
"WHAT!?"
