He was in a cell in the Leaf. He only had one visitor, Iruka. Naruto's Iruka-sensei, he just sat in the chair provided for visitors or stood, staring at him. Why were they still holding him in this holding cell? He hadn't been interrogated, and there was no sign of sending him back to the Mist. All he knew was this waiting, this silence, this-this-nothing was slowly driving him insane.
"Kisame," Iruka finally addressed him. "When he, Kisame ,how did he die? Tell me how he died."
He being Naruto. He being his only love, his Naru-koi.

Naruto Uzimaki had become a missing-nin. He wanted to drag Sasuke back, he was going to keep his promise to Sakura in anyway possible. He found the Akatsuki when no one else ould. "Do you honestly believe you can control the Kyuubi no Kitsune? As long as I can drag Sasuke sorry ass back to the Leaf; I'll do what ever you want."

"K-Kisame-san, what are you doing here? I though everyone was asleep." Naruto questioned, tilted his head to the left; Naruto had been with them for a month.
"Because everyone else is asleep, Naru-koi." this was said in a quiet husky whisper.
"W-What?" the blond's mouth opened slightly in shock. The missing mist-nin took this opportunity to kiss him.

And then everything fell into place after that night. The rest of the Akatsuki weren't surprised to find them together. It seems that Kisame had been longing for him since he saw him, and looked into his big blue eyes. But Kisame was scared that Naruto would lose interest in him. So he tried everything he could think of so Naruto never did. He gave him flowers, and ramen sex, jutsu, he even wrote him poetry. Naruto thought that was cute. But how could he lose interest? Kisame was his whole world, he was his everything.

"Kisame?"
"Yes Naru-koi?"
"I love you, my Kisame-koi."

Today was the day, three years have passed. Today was the day they would defeat the Sound, bring Sasuke back, and kill Orochimaru.
Today was a good day for war.
