1 Life as we know it
Chapter one
Usagi walked towards the park where she and Darien would go together. Her face was wet with a mixture of tears and rain, as if the sky was crying for her.

Usagi knocked on his door; he opened it and let her in, "Hey Darien, what is it that's so important that you couldn't tell me over the phone?" she asked. He sat down on the couch and looked down at his feet. She could tell something was wrong and she was about to ask what it was when all of a sudden a flash of lighting streaked across the gloomy sky and the rain started pouring down. "Usagi, I can't," he started, "I can't be with you anymore, because I," he hesitated, "I like someone else now. Besides face it, your to young for me anyway…I'm 21 and your 16, I mean it just doesn't work." He finished. "But, Darien it's ok we're destined to be together so the age difference doesn't matter." She was so confused her head hurt.

She went up to a tree near the bench they use to sit together on. She turned around and fell down with her back against the tree and she took off her backpack.

"No Buns, it's not alright. I don't believe in that stuff anymore, it's just a bunch of stupid ideas." He said. She couldn't believe he was saying this. "Fine whatever Darien." She finally said. He's jaw dropped down and his eye's opened wide, "Wait a minute, no crying, no whining, no pleading!?!? This is all a dream isn't it. Because I KNOW my girlfriend well enough to know she would at the very least cry." He said. Usagi's eyes turned cold as well as her voice, she was totally angry now, "YOU JUST SAID I WASN'T YOUR GIRLFRIEND ANY MORE! AND NO, I'M NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU WANT, YOU NEVER EVEN GAVE ME A CHANCE!" she said. He looked shocked, she smiled a sad smile and walked out the door.
