Elizabeth has left again after convincing Jessica that she forgives her for everything that happened. Leaving only an unaddressed note to everybody that has hurt her she is gone after less that a month of being back in Sweet Valley. Jessica snaps after this "second betrayal" and she is sent to live with Mike in one last effort to help her forget.

Chapter 01: We used to have this fight each night(or something very similar)
How did he get here? How the hell did he get here? This was Fowler Grill, a trendy new restaurant that people like Jessica or Val would drag him to. He did not want to be here. Considering the circumstances, he'd rather be dead. His supposed friends Steve and Billie had decided that it was his turn to go to hell. Which in this case meant living with Jessica Wakefield. Apparently she had finally snapped. He had been pleading with Billie to reconsider for a good ten minutes.

"Please Billie!"
"You think I haven't tried Mike?"
"Try harder then."
"Do you think I wanted any of this to happen?"
"Any of what? I have no clue what any of this is about."
"Liz left. She fucking pretended to forgive Jessica and then within a month she was gone."
"She got over it the first time-"
"Well she apparently can't now."
"But Billie-"
"Is it my fault that Elizabeth went back to royalty? My fault Janet can't deal with her?"
"Well no, but still."
"Steve wants Jess to live with you. It's not that big a deal."
"Yeah it is."
"It could be worse."
"How? I'm only going to be living with my ex wife."
"See, it's not that bad."
"Billie..."

Mike punched the table in frustration. Billie just didn't get it. He was starting to wonder just where her brain had gone on vacation and when the hell it was coming back. He didn't know how he was going to last until Steve and Jess showed up. Unless...

"Billie."
"What's wrong now Mike?"
"You haven't had any coffee yet have you?"
"No, it's not good for me."
"Drink. The. Coffee."
"But Mike-"
"Resume drinking coffee and I'll let Jess live with me."
"Fine."

He looked over at Billie to see her dumping packets of sugar in her coffee. He choked back a groan as she added a packet of creamer into the untouched mug in front of her. He knew that she was only drinking the coffee because of his promise about Jessica. He was beginning to become concerned about her.

Now Billie was staring at the door as she took a sip of coffee. Mike wondered what was so exciting about the view of the highway that she was looking at. To his complete surprise she downed almost half of the cup. She covered her mouth with her hand and ran in the direction of the bathroom. It was times like this that Mike wished he could here everything in the apartment below him. It would certainly answer most of his questions.

What was he getting himself into? He had just agreed to live with Jessica of all people. Maybe she had changed in the last two years. Yeah, he would think that. Maybe it would be true. Yeah right.

What would happen to him?
