"What's going on?" Tom asks as Amelia blocks him from walking into the hallway.
"Teddy had her baby." Amelia tells him.
"Can I see her?" He struggles past Amelia.
She puts her arms out to stop him. "Koracick, let them be."
He stops walking. "She won't mind to see me."
Amelia looks him in the eyes. "Let Owen and Teddy be."
His eyebrows crinkle as he processes what she said. He storms passed her and stops as he sees Owen on Teddy's bed admiring their little girl.
"She really is in love with him." Tom says quietly.
"I'm sorry," Amelia puts her hand on his shoulder.
He shakes it off and storms the other way. She decides not to follow after him. Her eyes get caught on the picture painted in front of her. Amelia can't help but to crack a smile.
She turns away and runs to the daycare. "Hello, Dr. Shepherd." Someone greets.
"Hi, I'm here to grab Leo. Owen sent me."
She picks up little Leo and walks him through the halls towards Teddy's room. She quietly opens the door.
"I thought he'd want to meet his sister," Teddy and Owen smile.
Leo taking Owen's spot, he gets up and wraps his arms around Amelia. "Congratulations." She tells him.
Amelia walks out, to leave them be. She bumps into Link.
"Hi, sorry." She apologizes.
"You're okay,"
She walks slowly to the desk to type some paper work. "I heard you were stuck in traffic."
"Yah, we were right behind the fog, the line up was insane." She informs him.
He crosses his arms and leans on the desk. "What are you thinking about?"
"A lot of things, why?" She looks up at him suspiciously.
"Just wondering."
"I'm thinking about Tom, and how he so easily let go Teddy having the baby. It just wasn't like him. I'm thinking about Teddy, how she was so close to giving birth do her baby, in my car, in traffic." Amelia rambles.
Link laughs.
