Wendy's POV:
I was awoken from a delightful dream by Charle tugging at me wrists, urging me to get out of bed.
"Hurry, child, it's your 13th birthday! The guild is waiting for you!" She sternly gestured to my wardrobe, signalling me to get changed. I walked to the wardrobe with a huge grin on my face, I was officialy 13! I picked out a cute and suitable outfit ( cgi/set?id=222435360) and added a tad of lipstick to make myself seem more grown up. I giggled and admired my appearance, then started to head down to the guild. My cheerful aura attracted lots of kind people who wished me happy birthday. When I finally got to the guild, I opened the guild doors and nobody was there.
Had they forgotten?
Why is nobody here?
What happened?
Many troubling thoughts swirled around in my brain, and my anxiety started to take over. Suddenly, out of nowhere a party popper goes off and lands at my toes, my eyes widen when I hear two loud voices trying to whisper.
"You did it too early, dumbass."
"I did not, droopy eyes!"
"Then explain why nobody else did it!"
"Everyone else was too late!"
Hundreds more party poppers went off and danced in my vision, the sight was truly mesmerising. The smiling faces of my fellow guildmates popped out from behind the tables and bar.
Lucy came running to me and hugged me warmy, I felt my lips lift into a smile and I couldn't help the tears of happiness that flowed freely down my face.
She carefully handed me a beautifully wrapped box, and I opened it with care.
I gasped.
It was a wonderful and gorgeous ring that had a lovely silver heart on it.
I hugged her again and then the chaotic celebration begun.
There was dancing and karoake, it was so much fun! At the end of the night, Lucy, Erza, Mirajane, Levy and Juvia had taken me down into the wine cellar
I was confused, to say the least, while I was wondering what was gonna happen, Erza started to speak.
"Wendy...I'd say it's about time we give you the 'girl talk'." My face flushed at the mere thought of it and I ducked my head down in embarassment.
Lucy coughed and started off the torturous talk.
"Soooooo, now that you're 13, there's a few things you'll need to know, so let's start with, um, puberty." She seemed to carefree with the subject, while I was internally screaming. This topic was way too embarassing for me to talk about!
Mirajane giggled at my reaction and went on to talk about it.
"When you start puberty, you will-"
Mira was cut off by me screeching and running out of the room.
They all dragged me back in and the long nifght dragged on.
When it finished, we had found out that I had started my period.
Eeeeeeep!
