I laid in the bed quietly listening to the eight year old boy coughing. I sat up grimcing in pain because of my wound 'Damn thoughs level E's' I walked over and handed the little boy a glass of water wich he drank quickly and quietly thanked me rolling over in his bed. I was in the cancer center. Why? Because this floor held all of the 15 people here. I walked back over managing to fall asleep. I woke up to nurses and Docters yelling down the hall and running into my room. They were to late his heart had stopped. When the news got around I volenteered to keep the childern happy. They introduced themselves.

Lisa: *coughs* I don't want to hurt anymore.

Me: Neather do I but I made a promis with someone long ago promising him I wouldn't give up.

Mia: Who?

Me: Aon, My brother.

Mia: Oh I'm sorry.

Me: You know what?

Mia: what?

Me: I hope life isn't a big joke, because I don't get it.

All of the Kids broke down laughing. I smiled as a couple of nurses walked in and seen that the kids were laughing. They smiled at me and I was smirking as I shruged back at them.

Dana: Another! I like your Quots! But I want to hear one about Death!

I shruged and watched as Aido, Ruka, Rima, Kain, and Shiki walked in.

Me: ok how about this one.-------Boy, when you're dead, they really fix you up. I hope to hell when I do die somebody has sense enough to just dump me in the river or something. Anything except sticking me in a goddam cemetery. People coming and putting a bunch of flowers on your stomach on Sunday, and all that crap. Who wants flowers when you're dead? Nobody.

Everyone eather smirked or laughed.

Alexa: I want one about love!

Me: *smirks* hm... You have to walk carefully in the beginning of love; the running across fields into your lover's arms can only come later when you're sure they won't laugh if you trip.

Dina: One about hate.

Me: Wow I've gotten popular.... hmm.... All men kill the thing they hate, too, unless, of course, it kills them first.

Aido: Angel, I never knew your were a poem thinker.

Me: Yeah Yeah.

All of the little girls giggled and the guys shruged wanting to hear what I would come up with.

Me: Anybody who believes that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach flunked geography.

That one made every one crack up laughing. I raised an eyebrow not finding it funny.

Aaliha: I want to hear one about hair.

Me: I'm not offended by all the dumb-blonde jokes because I know that I'm not dumb. I also know I'm not blonde.

After I finnished Visiting hours were over.
