Character Background Story;; Kim Seokjin was born on a cold, and lifeless winter day, by the great goddess of flowers, Flora. As the goddess of flowers, many people in her kingdom found it quite strange that her only son be born in the season of death and not in the season of rebirth. Though this was unusual, that didn't make Flora love her son any less. Flora's heart instantly fell in love with her son the moment she laid her eyes on him. His dark brown eyes would look at her in wonder, already tufts of pink hair sprouted from his tiny head, showing that even though he was born at a colorless time, he had a bright and vibrant soul. She knew her son was special, and she had high hopes for his future.

But fate had other plans for Jin. That same winter, an evil force searched throughout the kingdoms for the young demi-god, wanting the power that rested inside him. Before the evil could get to him, a brave knight, with an undying loyalty to Flora, took Jin to a far off kingdom where no enemy can reach him. The knight unfortunately was consumed by the evils darkness, and with the last of light in his heart, protected Jin.

After the knight was corrupted, a young man and women, dressed in black found Jin wrapped in a bundle of blankets with a silver locket around his neck. This young man and woman were detectives, who longed for a child of their own, but with no luck until now. The two recognized the portrait that laid inside the locket, that Jin was the son of Flora. They decided to take Jin as their own, knowing that he will need protection from the darkness roaming the lands.

Many years passed and Jin grew to be a handsome young man with pale pink hair that looked like the petals of a flower and his brown eyes shimmering in the sunlight on a spring day. Jin soon joined the same organization his parents did, becoming a skillful detective but never fully going on a mission. The two detectives raised Jin as their own, giving all the love in the world, but knowing deep down he would need to know his heritage. But until that time came, the three would enjoy their happy life in their small cottage on the outskirts of the woods.

On Jin's twentieth birthday, the detectives that raised him finally told him of his true mother, handing him the necklace that was found with him. Jin felt somewhat betrayed by the people who he thought was his parents, lied to him. In a spit of anger, Jin ran away from his cottage into the woods, when the moon was full and dangers lurked.

Jin felt almost broken, opening the locket and looking at the portrait of his birth mother, him as an infant and a man that he could only assume be his father. As he was about to go back to his home to forgive his adoptive parents when he froze in his tracks. The sound of a werewolf growling, the creature walking into the moonlight, it's sights set on Jin.

When the werewolf attacked, Jin raised his hand up in protection, waiting for the pain to come, but it never did. He looked up seeing that the wolf was ensnared in vines that seemed to move with Jin's hand. After throwing that werewolf to the side, many others came out from the shadows, their black coats seeming to be one with the darkness. But before they could attack, a werewolf with bright white fur jumped in front of Jin, snarling and howling at the them, protecting Jin.

The werewolves backed down, fading back into the shadows, while the white one stopped snarling and went up to Jin, nudging its face into his hand. The wolf looked at Jin in the eyes before grabbing a hold of his sleeve with his mouth and leading him out of the woods. Once they both reached Jin's cottage, the wolf began to leave, letting Jin run back to his adoptive parents. From the woods, the white wolf watched Jin run, the wolf's face blank but a glimmer of happiness twinkled in his eyes.

The next day, Jin packed his belongings, leaving the parents who raised him a heartfelt goodbye, and off the find his birth mother.

Almost six years passed and within that time Jin finally found his birth mother, Flora. Many questions were asked and many answers were given, but the one thing that his mother couldn't answer was the whereabouts of his father. Jin also discovered his powers over nature and soon mastered his gifts within a short year. He soon went on many adventures along with six of his other friends that he meet along his journey to find his mother.

But those stories are for another time, and the events that follow are a tale on their own.
