Lucy's POV
I woke up in a forest. The thing is that i don't remember how and when i got here. Feeling a sharp pain, i looked at my hands and saw deep burns covering them.
Suddenly, i could remember how i got here and memories of the day before came flowing back at me. I wish that they never did.
*flashback*
It was a bright sunny day and i was feeling happier than ever. Natsu and I were planning on going on a mission today and i couldn't wait to depart. I loved going on mission with my idiotic partner, even as he would probably destroy everything and we wouldn't get any reward. Just him smiling at me could make my heart warm up. His wide, cheerful grin reminded me of my long lost brother. I didn't really remember anything about my brother, only that he would always comfort me when father was being cold. He would just smile and tell me, "Do you want to hear a story?" and he would just make up the most amazing and wild story about different characters and places. But, enough about my brother.
I quickly got up from bed, grabbed a clean towel and headed to my bathroom to take my morning bath. I loved to start a day with a bath as it would always help me to wake up fully. Getting in the tub, i just relaxed taking in the scent of strawberry and vanilla, my favorite. After soaking in for 20 minutes or so, i got out, wrapping a towel around my body.
Today, i decided to wear a light pink tank top, light blue denim shorts and a pair of white sandals. After drying my hair, I put it up in my usual side pony tail, using a white ribbon. A bit of pale pink lip gloss and i was done. I grabbed my keys and got out my house, greeting my landlord while passing infant of her. Then, i headed happily to Fairy tail, not knowing what was waiting for me there…
