Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-3436-A is to be contained in a locked room, strapped on a hospital bed, and is placed in Intensive Care Unit at all times with 2 closed-circuit television cameras as surveillance. Access to its room is limited to: replacement or repair of Intensive Care medicine and changing IV bags containing coma-induced drug; Necessary testing procedures are authorized by the current director of the site.

Description: SCP-3436-A, named Haruhi Suzumiya, appears to be a young woman of 16 years of age, discovered in a high school in Nishinomiya, Japan. She seems to have the ability to alter the laws of reality, to simply put she is able to create, alter, and destroy anything using only her mind. It is currently unknown when she started doing this, but it is possible that she started doing this at the age of 11-13.

After the Saitama Incident (read Incident Report J-23B-N), a team of SCP agents were sent to apprehend the subject, the ensuing chase caused the deaths of agent [REDACTED] and ended with the subject entering in a comatose state, via injecting a comatose inducing drug and is then transferred to Site-7 at 12/25/20XX.

After the incidents, "Kyon", classmate of the SCP subject who was with her at the time of her capture, was interviewed for information regarding the subject, [DATA EXPUNGED]. After the interview, he was then assigned as a D-class personnel.

Special information regarding the origin and nature of SCP-3436-A is currently disclosed to personnel who are at level 4 and above.

Additional Notes: According to "Kyon", SCP-3436-A is capable of warping reality with her mind, though he assures us that everything she's done is only childish wishing and not anything that can damage the fabric of reality. With this in mind, SCP-3436 is then ordered to be permanently put into a vegetative state through the use of the comatose drug to prevent the worst case scenario of her reality warping powers.
