Ciel's POV
The morning started like any other, Sebastian waking me up serving me breakfeast, getting me dressed, and escourting me to my study.
It was when Sebastian came to bring me my mid day snack that the incident occurred…
Normal POV
Sebastian walked into Ciel's study carrying a silver tray that contained a piece of chocolate moose cake with small strawberries decorating the top, and a cup of Earl Grey tea on it he carefully carried the tray over to where his charge sat and placed the items on the desk in front of him.
"Here is you mid day snack young master I hope it is to your liking."
"Thank you Sebastian, Sebastian may I ask you a question?"
"Of course my lord what is it that troubles you?"
"What am I to you? Am I just another meal or am I something more?"
"You are a soul nothing more."
Ciel felt a pain in his heart when he heard the words his butler said.
"Get out! Don't come back unless I call for you!"
"Yes my lord." He leaves.
"Stupid demon…"
Sebastian's POV
I left the room with out protest, I hated to do it but I had to lie to my master for you see I truly love him but we could never be together.
Ciel's POV
As soon as he left I threw my tea cup at the door making it shatter I to pieces and then I had an idea I would make Sebastian prove to me that I am nothing but a soul I will test him. Quickly I pulled out my pen and some paper and wrote a quick poorly written message for Sebastian knowing he would come to check on me despite my orders to stay away, finishing the note I placed it neatly on the desk, got up went to the door careful to avoid the broken tea cup, and peaked outside, seeing the coast was clear I quietly walked out the study and out of the manor.
