So like, I'm updating ma ffs and this happens to be one of the victims so... yah. I don't own either Vocaloid or Shugo Chara so E-N-J-O-Y ENJOY!
Luka stared at the empty plate in front of her. There wasn't a trace of salmon on there. It was strange. Normally, she ate the slowest.
Actually, the strange thing is vocaloids can eat. How do they do that anyways? That's one question that'll never be answered.
Next to the pink haired girl was the cute octopus, Tako Luka. She was slithering(?) around Hachune Miku. Hachune Miku was chasing Tako Luka with a leek, but continuously tripped over her... hair? Luka smiled softly at the two. It reminded her of her own relationship with the real Miku. She faced forward again, only to see the Akita siblings fight over a phone. It never ceased to amaze her how addicted they could be to one electronic.
Well, they where some sort of electronic and people where addicted to them so that sort of made sense.
"Luka, you should really get that red face checked up," Miku suggested with a chewed up leek in her mouth. Luka hadn't even noticed her red face. It seemed to have happened a lot. Maybe she should get it checked out?
Luka dismissed the thought, assuring her junior that she was fine. Sighing, she turned over to the left. There she saw the clock's hands at one.
"Oh shit!"
Everybody stared at Luka. Even Neru and Nero paused their fight to stare at the pinkette with wide, yellow eyes.
Since when has the Megurine Luka ever cursed or acted out of her cool persona?
Len knew her out of character act was a bug in her system. The same thing had happened to him once, but the blond decided not to mention it. Making people worry over her got her angry and when Luka is angry, she could be scarier than Rin at times. Luka began to notice all the stares from her friends.
"I'm going to be late for my flight to America!" she explained with a panicked voice. She slammed a couple of dollars onto the table to pay for her lunch and bolted out of the diner. She didn't even have time to catch a cab. Instead, she sprinted to the airport with inhuman speed.
Luka plopped herself into the soft, cushiony chair of the airplane. She was breathing heavily (which, to her, was an expression since she doesn't breath). She rested her overheated legs onto the leg rest and pushed back the seat. Normally she wouldn't be so idiotic to run to the airport instead of come using a vehicle. Maybe she could ask master to give her rockets on her feet.
"Maybe I should've gone to be checked out," thought Luka as she questioned herself for thinking so childishly as to have rockets feet. Not only had her personality shifted again, her face was most likely red again. Luka shrugged it off, thinking it wasn't too important. She turned on the monitor in front of her, settling for a colorful cartoon (or anime, since it had originated in Japan). She slaved through watching the flight attendant on the screen go through the rules and safety procedures of flying. The anime appeared on the screen once more and the engine groaned meekly. The scenes outside the window changed slowly, from parts of fellow planes and passengers to the light blue sky which vivid color was second to only the Kagamine twins' eyes.
Luka sighed, enjoying the placid, leisurely ride. She even managed to go into sleep mode which allowed her overheating body to cool down.
The plane jerked suddenly, Luka's head following the vehicle's jerking motion. Her synthetic hair fell into her mouth. They were no longer flying, but falling. The rapid descent could be easily felt in the plane. Oxygen masks dropped faster than the plane, but taunted the passengers by following gravity and swinging away from their seat. Luka got up and, despite the attendants' protest, helped many individuals with their oxygen masks.
Luka wondered how high they were. It depended on how high they were if she were to survive or not (though master would probably rebuild her either way). She sat back into the plushy seat, air jabbing at her what would've been her stomach if she were human. She found it relaxing, as her 'skin' was becoming red and hot. However, the others weren't made of strong metal. Instead they made a blood curling sound that should be impossible for humans to produce and it made Luka want them to shut up and just die. She didn't mean it at all. Her mood swing just reached a new personality, but either way, the scarring sounds of dozens of humans scared could pierce Luka's artificial heart.
Nobody else would have to live through these horrid creams couldn't be heard in the air, though, and corpses couldn't do anything.
Blue and red lights flashed. A sound of a siren blared threw the city of Seiyo. Policemen and bystanders littered the field where the plan had fell. Crushed bone and organs littered the grass that had been dyed red. It mixed with the plane's rubble. Policemen looked around, their horrified expression disguised by their hats.
One man, who wanted to throw up at the sight of so many corpses, noticed a piece of metal twitch. He called over his co-workers, along with a few doctors and firefighters. It was tough, but they managed to pry the metal off the survivor. They flung it across and saw a girl. Her stomach sunk towards her bone, almost like a dent that was identical to the one on the metal that was crushing her. Her hair was bubble-gum pink, the tips black from fire burning it. Her chest wasn't moving, which caused the adults to stare at the teen with wide eyes as she coughed out dust and stood up like nothing happened. They immediately got her onto a stretcher, the girl looking unnaturally pale. After a check up, they asked for her name..
The girl opened her mouth, then immediately closed it. She looked like she was thinking hard, as if she didn't know her name. Then she opened her mouth again. Her voice was monotonous, as if she was a robot.
"A-M-U."
