No More Tears.

As she sat there in the darkening woods by herself, just another sillouette in the shadowy forest. Her scraggly, violet hair lay in a rumpled mess apon her head and face, and salty tears flowed from her pearly gray eyes. The Hyuuga's sweater was ripped in several places from the thornbushes she ran through, and her body was strangely limp and pale. "Nobody wants me…" Hinata thought, making her cry more, "Nobody cares I'm gone…"

Echoing through the forest, footsteps seemed to get closer. "Just another who wants to kill me…" She whispered, crying harder, but she did not look to see who it really was. Knealing down beside her, the form pulled the girl's hands from her face. It was a familiar figure, with glowing blue eyes, almost-neon hair, and whiskers.

Lifting Hinata's face to his level, he carefully lifted his hand to her face. "No more tears…" Naruto said, wiping the salty liquid from her eyes and cheeks. Shocked, the Hyuuga just stared at him with disbelief.

Blushing, she gave him a hug.
