Suzie Bellini looked at the clock as it ticked slowly, maybe a bit too slowly. She sighed, bored, as she waited, tapping her fingers lightly against the table.

Perhaps my clock is slow. She thought to herself. Although she knew it was just her impatience, rather than an actual problem with the clock.

She sighed, and waited until the hands locked in position at Twelve and Eight. At that time there was a small knock on her door.

Suzie walked over to the door and answered it. There stood a young Japanese German girl, holding a violin case close to her chest.

"Rinata, you're just on time as usual." She said, a small smile forming on her lips. Suzie knew how punctual Rin was.

"Y-yeah...I like getting out of the house when I can." Rin said kind of quietly. She gabbed onto her arm with her hand, but winced a bit and pulled back quickly.

"Well come in." Suzie said, leading her to the living room where they had their lessons usually. "Do you want some water or something dear?"

"No thank you…" Rin said as she sat down, staring at her feet.

Suzie knew how quiet and shy Rin was.

"All right, let's get started then." Suzie opened her case and took out her violin, placing it under her chin.

Rin did as well, but it took her a bit to get it into a position she thought was good.

Suzie knew Rin was perfectionist who wouldn't go for anything less than perfect.

"Let's start with Concerto in D Major." Suzie said.

Rin nodded and started to play. However she made a mistake and chewed on the end of her hair.

Suzie knew Rin had Autism and chewed her hair as a way to stim.

"It's okay, just try again." Suzie said.

Rin nodded and tried it again, this time she got it.

"Good job." Suzie said smiling.

Rin smiled slightly as red rose in her cheeks, but then hid it before going back to playing.

Suzie knew Rin was nervous about compliments.

The hour passed quickly. Unlike getting here, Rin took her tie packing up and leaving.

"See you next week." Suzie said. Rin nodded before slowly walking home.

What Suzie didn't know was Rin's aunt beat her.
