Her shoes clicked on the marble floor as she walked around the palace nervously. 'He should have been here a half an hour ago!' she thought, 'I hope he was not hurt on his way here!' The beautiful Princess Serenity walked down the long corridor waiting for her beloved Endymion, he was a warrior of Earth and she was the princess of the moon. The earth and moon had been at was ever since Serenity could remember, and Endymion and herself were secret and forbidden lovers.
"Good evening my princess," a voice said from behind her. She smiled as she turned to greet her prince and said, "Where have you been? You are forty five minutes late." He frowned and told her, "I was waiting for your guards to leave there post." She walked over to him and looked into his soft blue eyes, "I have missed you so much," her eyes became teary as he embraced her in a hug, "It is okay Serenity, we are together now and that is all that matters." A loving grin appeared on her face as she reached up and kissed him.
"Lets go," he whispered in her ear. She nodded and they walked out of the door. "Where are we going tonight?" she said to him not looking where she was going. "A surprise," he said simply. He knew that Serenity loved surprises so he now had his hand over her eyes as they were nearing their destination. "Endymion," she began, "are we there yet?" He laughed removing his hand, "Yes we are."
When his hand rose from her eyes it revealed a small overhang with the best view of stars she had ever seen. "Oh Endymion it's gorgeous!" she wrapped her arms around him, "Lets stay here forever."
***one hour later***
"It's eleven o'clock, I must go back home." Serenity said looking up at her prince. He nodded "Okay," he said looking into her eyes. She blushed, "Can I count on seeing you in three days?" He again nodded and they stood up. The kissed each other for what seemed to be forever. "Good bye," Serenity said trying to hold back her tears. "Good bye," He said back to her.
***later that night***
Dear Diary,
I am in love with the prince of Earth and his planet and the moon are at war. I feel for him so much but I can't tell mom, she would never understand. Tonight we went out and gazed at the stars it was so wonderful. I wanted to stay forever but I couldn't.

She scribbled in her notebook labeled diary. She took her key and locked the book back in her desk drawer. "Good night my prince" she mumbled as she drifted off to sleep.
