1. Chapter 1

I am Thomas Eric Morcroft. I am the Head Boy of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I am also the servant, apprentice, and heir of Severus Snape, Headmaster of Hogwarts. I am thought by all to be a Death Eater, a member of the Dark Lord's army.

I have no parents, no family. I am a proud member of Slytherin house. One day, I will kill every Death Eater who has ever lived for what they have done to me. If my loyalties are ever discovered, they will kill me first. Before you judge me, I beg you, read my story.

Know what I have done, and why I have done it. Know why I have tortured children, students, endlessly, but also put myself under the Cruciatus curse by Amycus Carrow's wand. Know why I have forsaken the promise of endless glory for the sake of endless hatred, disgust, pain, and remorse. Know why I have been chosen above all other Slytherins, even Draco Malfoy, to stand at the side of the Black Prince, who stands at the Dark Lord's side higher than even Bellatrix Lestrange, when I have everything to lose.
