Today a big battle occurred. Jayfeather took care of the wounded cats and I was told to stay in camp. Later on Leafpool told me that Blackstar is set to release a snake onto the camp. I don't like the sound of that.
Squrrielflight's diary.
Leafpool told me what was happening. She was my sister and stuck by me through thick and thin. Anyway, Stormwing heard the discussion and he's concerned about the snake. Someone's going to get hurt.
Diary of Jayfeather.
The Stick is trying to figure out a way to stop the snake from invading but she'll find out. As soon as she receives the news she will tell Dovepaw. Her mentor will also hear it. He's my brother. Note to self: Find Catnip.
Lionblaze's diary.
If the snake is in the camp I shall attack it. I should have gone for the last snake before Honeyfern did, then she wouldn't have died. Berrynose still misses her, but he has beautiful kits.

Firestar is running out of the leader's mess clutching his tail. The snake had bit it.
He screamed like a girl. I ran to his side. Oh dear.

I am worried about Firestar. He's rocking and saying to himself "Can't sleep, snake will bite me, can't sleep, snake will bite me." Poor Firestar. Hey, is that The Dark Forest?
