Okay before reading this I wanna tell you the situation with Aizen. In here, Orihime still got kidnapped and was still watched by Ulqui, but just shortly after that before everyone went to save her, Aizen was killed by Gin. I just like the scenario better so that's the situation in this.

Ulquiorra and Ichigo were in the middle of another battle. Orihime watched at the sidelines. Ever since Aizen had died, leaving all the arrancar alone in Hueco Mundo, many different arrancar would come and challenge Ichigo. Ulquiorra wasn't one to really go and challenge the substitute-shinigami but it was Ichigo that wanted to fight. Before every fight Ichigo would make the arrancar promise neither of them would kill each other. He found no reason in killing them if the arrancar no longer caused trouble for the Soul Society.
Orihime had been walking with Ichigo when they had come upon Ulquiorra and Ichigo wanted to fight. They had gone to Hueco Mundo, bringing Orihime with, and were now fighting freely in the white deserts. Orihime had put up her shield just in case.
Ichigo suddenly showed up right in front of Orihime. Neither of the people battling knew that she was behind her and Ulquiorra unknowingly sent a Cero at Ichigo. Ichigo easily dodged around it and still didn't notice that it was now headed straight towards Orihime. But Ulquiorra did.
Ulquiorra knew for a fact that her shield wouldn't hold up against his Cero. His eyes widened and he began to race towards her. He easily passed his Cero and then was forced to have to block his own attack.
Ulquiorra was surprised by himself how much power he had put in the Cero. It dispersed in his hands but his hands were harshly burned.
"U-Ulquiorra-san?" Ulquiorra looked behind him at the woman he just saved. He started to wander exactly why he had saved the girl. He looked back down at his hands and saw them already healed. He looked back at Orihime.
"Inoue!" Both of them looked to see Ichigo headed over to them. He went up to Orihime. "Are you alright?"
"Kurosaki-kun. Yes, I'm fine." Both of them looked at Ulquiorra questionably. Ulquiorra sheathed his sword and turned away from them.
"We'll finish this later, Kurosaki. We wouldn't want to risk her getting hurt." Before either could say anything else, Ulquiorra opened a portal for them to leave then disappeared, headed back to Los Noches. Ichigo and Orihime looked at each other, both wondering about the arrancar's actions. Ichigo shrugged his shoulders then walked into the portal to go home. Orihime looked at the giant white building in the distance, still wonder about Ulquiorra, why he had protected her when he had no reason to. After another moment of empty thought she turned to leave.
