Taiora Christmas
I wanted to dedicate this to my g/f Bryttney, and my two friends who's pen names are TK and Scess. I don't normally write mushy but I did this time please review it and let me know what you think because I think it sux. Thank you.
I cracked open a bottle of wine and poured first Sora, then myself a glass. I took a sip and stared into her eyes as she stared into mine. I took careful note of how beautiful just her eye's were. They were a strangely dark crimson colour which made them just that more rare, and beautiful. We stared into each others eye's for quite some time and I wondered if she was noting some of the same things about my eye's although they couldn't compare to the beauty of hers.
I reached out my hand and gently touched her cheek. Her skin felt so soft to me it couldn't have been less smooth than silk. I gently stroked her cheek with just my thumb and she smiled a little bit.
The whole while carrying on a conversation with just our eyes. By just gazing into each other's eyes it was as if we could communicate everything we were feeling at once on an even deeper, more sensitive level. It was as if by staring into her eyes I could feel just how much we cared about each other. I could see in her eyes just how much she loved me.
I hoped she could see the same in mine because I could never hope to even come close, to expressing my love for her in mere words. I loved her so much God himself would be envious if even he could fathom how much I cared for her. For we loved with a love that was far greater than of the love any other two beings shared. It was as if we were the same soul split apart, and put in two bodies. That was why no matter what problem, no matter what stupid mistake, we always understood it before the other could even speak the words. And we understood instantly how sorry they were about it.
We were meant to be together and would stay together even if Gods will demanded we be apart. We would defy heaven and hell for each other.
I slowly drew her face closer to mine, almost unable to control my desire to feel her lips against mine. And when our lips finally met I felt as if I knew true bliss. I brought my other hand up to gently stroke her soft hair as we embraced in that one kiss. That one kiss that meant more to us at that moment than anything else in the world did. With that kiss it was as if the two parts of the soul had been reconnected if only for just a little while until the kiss ended. I was almost dazed when it finally did. I stared at her for a moment wondering what I had done wrong.
"Look!" she said as she slowly jogged to the window. I watched her hair bounce as she went to the window before I went over myself to see what it was. I looked out the window and saw the first snow of the year as if it was being saved just for us.
She smiled warmly at me and I returned the smile. Then I wrapped my arm around her shoulder and let her head rest on mine. I kiss the top of her head before I whispered "I love you Sora." too her. And she replied to me "I love you too Tai." and kissed me on the cheek. To me it was as if those words made up the entire universe at that moment and even though I already knew it, it felt unbelievably better to hear it spoken out loud.
At that moment you could have stabbed me in the back and I just would have looked at you and smiled. At that moment I knew I was about to have the most wonderful, most memorable Christmas Eve ever with the girl I loved. And at that moment nothing could take her, that feeling, or this night away from me.
