"He's ten years old!"

"He's gotta grow up sometime!"

Kouji and Takuya were in a deadlock, of course Takuya wanted to baby the kid. He babied Tommy too, even though Tommy was much older now. No one ever had to do anything with Takuya around—especially not Takuya. Kouji crossed his arms and turned away, fixing his gaze instead upon Kouichi and Zoe who had come by earlier that day. They looked like they were regretting it.

"Don't look at me!" Kouichi held his hands up in surrender, and Kouji just rolled his eyes.

"You're such a slave driver," Takuya shook his head sitting down next to Zoe, who held her hands up in surrender much like Kouichi.

Kouji glared and sat down; the kid had to grow up sometime, no better time than the present. Takuya never grew up, so Kouji could understand where he would forget that vital part of society. A slave driver though? Not even close, Zoe could be a slave driver if she wanted to be…

"So what are you guys arguing over anyway?"

"Kouji says Ichirin needs to cut back on sugar and everything good in life, because it's 'unhealthy'."

"Well…it is," Zoe nodded.

"Thank you!"

"You don't live with Kouji…we need that stuff…"

"So…is this about Ichirin, or you?"

"Er, both!"

"Um…Daddies?" Kouji and Takuya glanced to the doorway where Ichirin stood in tears pointing at his arm. Takuya winced and immediately was at the kid's side, as was Kouji.

"How'd this happen?" Kouji inquired, getting a better look at the gash.

"I fell."

"Nasty fall," Takuya remarked. "You okay little guy?"

Kouichi and Zoe glanced at one another. Takuya and Kouji then proceeded to distract and bandage the kid the best they could. Ichirin was soon laughing with the two of them, seemingly putting their recent argument out of mind.

"They may have different tastes in parenting…"

"But at least they care the same."
