Okay, so I took a challenge. I shouldn't have done that, I know. Quit yelling. I just noticed that this pairing has no fics and it was so tempting and I love this song, so here. Enjoy.
Also, I don't own Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Okay, now enjoy.

Jan is a mystery to him. She's loud and brave and all action and he can't help but watch her because any other girl would be frightened of him. She's a strange one, he thinks, and he chuckles to himself because he knows that the Hulk is in no position to call anyone strange.
But living in the Avengers mansion, everyone is strange.
And what the fuck? She takes him out places he'd never get to go alone, and he knows that if he were anyone else, this would be kindness. Maybe these would even be dates. But when it's directed towards him? He's at a loss. He's certain that it's not pity. Jan is above that. She's not one to pity him. But he can list a million thing that it isn't. What he needs to know is what it is.
In the meantime, he takes her places that he knows she'll enjoy as much as he does. No where fancy, of course. He can't get into a lot of places. He mostly takes her places inside the Avengers Mansion, places she'd never even thought about going. He still wonders exactly what her game is. Even as he takes her to see Steve "teach Tony how to fight", which still, even after multiple tries, mostly consisted of Tony attempting to throw punches and being knocked on his ass. Even as his heart beats faster at the sight of her laughing face when Tony is once again knocked down.
Sometimes they just sit and watch movies together, and the fact that he feels content unnerves him a little. He feels uneasy when she tells him to put in Aladdin while she goes to make them some popcorn, which they both know will take a while considering how much he eats. He's a little confused as to why he doesn't just tell her to do it herself. Cupid comes by to make fun of him, teasing that he has a crush. However, the man isn't stupid, and he manages to run away before Hulk can even realize what he said. He wonders if there's any truth to the archer's words, and he's still contemplating it when Jan returns with an extra-extra large bowl of popcorn for the both of them and plops down next to him.
He's not used to the kindness she shows him. He's not used to being pulled somewhere by choice. He guesses that you could say that he's new to this. New to quiet, new to being able to relax, new to having fun like this. He's new to happiness and new to Jan.
It's not until Aladdin meets the Genie that Hulk realizes that Jen is closer than she really needs to be, practically in his lap.
When the boy wishes to be a prince, Hulk realizes that they've been dating.
Some time during the song "Prince Ali", she's moved into his lap and he's not sure when she got there.
When he's sure that she's distracted by the Princess telling Aladdin off, he pulls her close.
The end of "A whole new world" is the most cliché time ever to steal a kiss. Jan does it anyway. It's short and awkward and she has to strain upwards to meet him, and even then he still leans down to meet her, but it's a kiss, and he loves it anyway, as much as it confuses him.
A whole new world, huh?
He decides he doesn't mind it too much, because it describes Jan perfectly.

It's not too bad, is it? I know this is like the first fic for this pairing, but it needed to be done. Hulk needs love too!
