The crimson hunter once again had to vie with his deepest secret; being eternally infected by the infamous Maverick Virus.
"Hehe, the more you refuse it, the more it must be true!"
"Childish sayings won't work on me!"
"But it is true, you can't refuse it. I am the reason that you are known to never die! I make you immortal! I am the reason you even exist!"
"No! It can't be! It isn't!"
"It is, foolish 'hero', it is."
"You're not in charge of me! I am!"
"Oh really? Do you doubt the source of your amazing power?"
"Yes! You can't control ME!"
"Try to resist this, 'hero'!"
Unable to control themselves, the mighty warrior flew into a rage and punched straight through the metal wall.
"Hehehe, glad to see you know who calls the shots now."
"You still don't! I am still myself! I only let you prove your point! I have friends to defend and lives to save from your rage!"
"Mew!" The onyx-and-ivory kitten ran up to their enraged owner, hoping to fix whatever is going wrong.
'Oh isn't it sweet, the world's toughest warrior has a kitten in their room…"
"Yes and this kitten protects me from your wrath! They're the reason you can't take over after what you did to that innocent girl!"
"Oh, are you still a scared little girl? After what YOU did?"
