A/N: Well, hi. This my first time publishing a fanfic, but I've actually had this story lying around in my computer for a while. It's not my best work, but I thought I might as well put it out there. So, here it is.
p.s. I don't own Glee. And I don't own wonderful beautiful amazing Dalton.
"Name please," a woman in her late thirties looked up from her clipboard.
"John Logan Wright."
"Stuart," the lady easily spotted his name on the list and passed him a red and gold folder. "Here's your schedule, map of the school, book list, and uniform order form."
"Thank you, ma'am," Logan, like always, answered politely.
As he turned away, he clutched the folder to his chest. Stuart, he thought. My home for the next four years.
He noticed two blonde heads slightly higher than the rest bobbing up and down through the crowd of freshmen.
"Hey guys!" Logan called, grinning. The twins looked up to see him jogging up towards them.
"Hello, Knave," they answered in unison.
"Whad'ya get?" he sounded hopeful, but then he caught sight of the blue and gold folders tucked under their arms.
"Windsor."
There was a pause.
"Oh."
Evan stepped to Logan's right, "Oh, it's not so bad!"
Ethan came up to Logan's left, "We still have classes together."
"And lunch time."
"And weekends."
"And holidays."
"Okay, Tweedles, I get it," the new Stuart stepped away from his best friends, or who used to be. Sure they would still hang out, but he was going to have to find some other friends of his own. From Stuart.
He sighed. Evan and Ethan stared at him curiously. He felt like he could already see them drifting away. "I- I gotta go. See you guys around."
With that, John Logan Wright III turned around and made his way towards Orion Hall, towards the future.
"Excuse me," Julian Larson tapped two fingers on the shoulder of the blonde young man in front of him. When the stranger turned around, Julian's dark eyes met intense green ones.
He was slightly taken aback, and choked on his breath. Stop that, he warned himself, you're Julian Larson.
"I'm looking for... Orion Hall?" his voice seemed completely confident.
"Oh, well, if you'd like me to help you find it," those green eyes... so bright. "I'm h-headed there myself."
Did he just stutter? Julian Larson does not stutter. Neither does he fall for someone he had just met.
Then... why was it that he couldn't control himself enough to look away from those glassy emerald eyes?
Julian Larson did not behave like that. He was confident. Flawless. About to start a career as a star. But this guy. This... green-eyed guy, right here. This guy made him feel like he was hit by a car. No, not a car. A gondola.
And out came this new him. Still the same Julian, but somehow... different. In love.
Short, I know, but like I said, I just thought I'd put it out there. I really have no idea how to continue this, so I probably won't. Unless... someone gives me an idea?
Oh well, hope you've enjoyed, lots of love to my fellow Jogan gondoliers :)
