Violet stared at the large, gray building. klaus and sunny were next to her staring in amazement at the colossal building. there was a large sign on it that read "Vault Tec" with a flat metal cutout of a man in a blue jumpsuit, yellow hair, and a thumbs up. Violet looked over at klaus. "well, this it, Vault Tec" Violets voice trembled slightly as that walked over to the large metal doors. Klaus stepped forward and reached out to push the doors open when the doors slid sideways reveling a second pair of doors that slid open reveling the inside of the building. the place was large, it had concrete floors, blue and white walls, there were people in lab coats walking around with clipboards, there were rooms, table and chemistry sets. "cosal bub" sunny said, which meant something like: this place looks sciency. "thats true" klaus said. "ah, you must be the baudelaires!" a man that looked like the man in the sign said. he was slightly taller than violet, so he was probably like, 15. "i'm vault boy" he held out his hand. violet shook his hand and then klaus did so too. "nice to meet you." sunny said. "nice too meet you too, little girl." vault boy leaned down to get a good look at her. "whats your name?" vault boy asked "Sunny." she replied. vault boy smiled and stood back up "i'll give you a tour of the place" vault boy turned away and motioned for them to follow him. the place had 53 floors, each with the same basic build, tables, rooms and big doors that said vault and a number. and at the top floor, only inches way from the door, was a large vault door that said Vault 76. They went back to the 1st floor, and dear reader you wont believe who was right next to the elevator, Count Olaf. he was wearing a blue jumpsuit like vault boy, his pants had small mirror like things on his pants, he also had tall white boots on and to top it all off he wore sunglasses and a pair of fake robot llama ears attached to a head band. He slipped on a green zip up hoodie sweat shirt. they quickly got out of the elevator. He must not have noticed them because of the sunglasses. he walked into the elevator and pressed a button, he then noticed them, he frantically slammed the buttons, but it was no use, he began accending in the elevator. violet looked at klaus. "could we go check out vault 76?" Klaus asked. "why, sure!" Vault Boy replied and then they got into the elevator. when they arrived they walked into the vault. "Oh. My. God." Violet said. right there in the vault was a silver robot. the robot had a round head with black metal plates on her cheeks and a line down her head, she had a round chest area, a thin stomach area that was pink, her arms were kind of thin and hand pink pipes curving in and out of them, her legs were the same except they had feet instead of hands. the weird part was that her feet had ice growing on them, which was probably because they didnt have the heat on in the vault because vault boy had mentioned that the vaults were for atomic renegades. "Hello, i am Roz." Roz waved. she was holding a rag and a spray can that said pledge on it, it was most likely for cleaning. "hi Roz." Sunny said. then out of nowhere a loud blaring alarm sounded. "AHH. What is that!?" Violet shouted over the blaring and screaming. "It's happening!" vault boy shouted back. "What's happening!?" Klaus asked. "Atomic renegade!" He shouted. People flooded out of the elevator and into the vault screaming bloody murder. there was aloud booming noise. it was nukes. the vault door slammed shut and vault boy turned the vault handle so it was locked shut. "Get into your rooms!" Vault boy pointed to one of the doors that said room 102. They ran in there and slammed the door shut. they were breathing heavy as they heard screams and bombs. They all ran into the different beds and hid there heads in the pillows, muffling the sounds. the noises quieted down, apart from the muffled sound of nukes. things weren't going as planned
