Eve wondered how she found herself in this mess.

Earlier today, Gido had stopped by her home, barging in like he does all the time, with him was a bottle of alcohol that she didn't know the name of. Of course, being the curious person that she is, asked him why he drank that kind of stuff and wondered what it tasted like. And Gido being the irresponsible adult that he was, told her she should go ahead and try it herself to see. She full-heartedly regretted that decision.

Somewhere along the way, Eve found herself in Gidos' lap, the bottle firmly held in her hands. They were currently on her bed with Gido leaning on the wall so he could sit up. One of his arms was around her waist and the other, his hand, on her leg. "What are you doing, old man?" She slurred, trying to pull his hand off her leg. She was more lightly hitting it though.

"Nothing that you won't like." He replied, huskily.

Just great. Eve had at least some of her mind left intact to know that if Gido was this far gone, bad things might happen if she weren't to leave at this instant. She would have gone with it but he was drunk and probably wouldn't remember anything that happened. If they were going to do that, she would want him remembering, not having him ask her for details. "As much as I would like to, we can't so let go of me, ya big oaf!" She wiggled, trying to slip out of his grasp but he was stronger than her, making escape impossible. He pulled the almost empty bottle out of her hand and bought it to his lips, finishing it in one gulp. Eve could only stare amazed. How was that even possible? She would probably end up spitting it all out.

Gido let the bottle drop out of his hands. The bottle bounced on the bed and fell to the floor, surprisingly not breaking. "Gido-kun, you need to let go of me!"

"But I don't want to.." He mumbled, his head nuzzling into her neck. Eve felt her face heat up at the action.

After a moment of silence, she heard his breath start to even, signaling his fall into sleep. She sighed, glad that nothing would happen but a bit disappointed at the same time. It was better this way though. She quickly, making sure not to bother him though, slipped out of his grasp and grabbed a blanket from the end of the end of the bed. Eve crawled back up to him, cuddling back into his arms and pulled the blanket up to cover them up. "Good night, Gido-kun," She kissed his cheek, set her head on his chest, and fell asleep.
