A/N: Well, here I am with another drabble. The title should mean sun, moon, monkey, but I used an online translator, so... Oh, and it's Latin, just fyi. Let me know if you get what I'm talking about...

There is the sun. He sends out rays of warmth and light, giving hope whenever his face breaks through the clouds.

There is the moon. She drinks in the sun's rays greedily, but always makes sure to reflect some down to the earth, to help travelers find their way in the dark.

And on earth, a foolish monkey who fell in love with the moon.

The sun and moon are locked in a dance, moving with the day and the night, never seeing each other's faces. Are not they as far apart as possible, with the line between night and day separating them?

But the monkey cannot see the moon as it really is. His attention has been captured by the moon's reflection on the water. Thus, is not the sun, whose rays reach the moon and make her glow, much closer than the monkey, which chases after a distorted reflection of the moon's face?

Besides, the moon has been known to appear during the day.
