Felicia knew that Alfred would tickle her nonstop if he knew how ticklish her belly was, so she had deliberately kept that fact from her husband though she hadn't thought out how hard it would be for her to hide that fact forever.
Her hands rested delicately on her stomach as she waited for Alfred to return home.
She was to tell him the news of her pregnancy after having went to the doctor earlier today.
They had both wanted kids for a while now, so she knew that he would be ecstatic like she was.
Alfred entered the house in his normal, boisterous spirit, and seemed to be surprised to find her just standing there waiting for him as Felicia like Alfred wasn't the type to stand and do nothing; they shared many hobbies and even had individual ones to keep the two of them busy also Felicia loved planning out their dates and surprising him.
They were an often times busy couple that sometimes were yelled at to slow down in their hobbies by relatives of theirs.
"Is something the matter, Feli?" Alfred asked cautiously as women usually confused him with their changing moods, and he didn't want to upset her.
"Yeah, I have some news to tell you though." Felicia blushed, worrying over her spouse's potential reaction to this pregnancy even though she subconsciously knew that he'd be thrilled.
"So what is it?" Alfred asked her.
"I'm pregnant." Felicia mumbled, barely audible.
"Sweet. How long 'till the kid is born, and what are we having: a boy or a girl?" Alfred asked in a rush, seemingly so excited that he couldn't calm himself down.
"Alfred! We won't know the gender for some time yet, and I'm only a month along." She sighed; her husband was a hopeless moron that she just so happened to adore.
Felicia was nearly sound asleep when Alfred turned to her to ask her another breathless question, "Can I touch your belly?"
"Sure." She was much too tired to even think of the fact that that was were she was most ticklish.
Alfred gently placed his head on her stomach and snuggled closer to her.
Felicia couldn't stifle her giggles, and burst in to a fit of laughter.
"What's wrong? You ticklish?" Alfred teased her, and started to lightly tickle her stomach.
She cracked up laughing, and tried to squirm away.
"Stop, Alfie, stop!" She shrieked in laughter, and continued to attempt to squirm away.
"Stop!" She cried out in laughter again.
Alfred smirked, and leaned over to gently kiss her stomach; she paused her laughing fit to watch him do so.
"I love you." Alfred chanced a glance up from his wife's stomach to gaze in to her eyes.
"Ti amo, Alfred." Felicia murmured, and tried not to laugh too hard at his outbursts of, "I don't speak Italian! Felicia!"
She giggled; she had written her vow for him completely in Italian on their wedding day, and Alfred had made her translate it in to English after she had said the whole thing needless to say it took them some extra time for the two lovers to get married.
Felicia smiled, and rested against Alfred's chest; she did know that he at least knew what Ti amo meant even if he couldn't pronounce it.
