Summary: When Skinner brought a lottery ticket, he didn't expect to actually win it. But when it came to thinking about what he would spend his money on, he can't help but realise a few thing's.

I do not own The Simpson.

Enjoy!

Skinner went to cashier who began to swipe his food iteam's.

"And that would be 12 dollars and 92 cents" Said, the person.

And that's when Skinner saw it, the lottery tickets.

He paid and said, "Can I get a ticket to the lottery?"

He was sure, mother would not notice.

"Whatever" said, the person as Skinner handed him a dollar.

Skinner went out of the store and was immediately met with his mother screaming at him as he got inside his car and drove back to the house.

He felt like throwing the woman out of the car as they drove home, Skinner hid the lottery ticket inside his jacket and forgot about it until it was Sunday night and he remembered that it was Lottery night.

Unfortunately he couldn't draw his mother away from the television so that left him with only one option, he went to the car and drove down the street until he saw a shop that had multiple television peering from the window.

The Lottery was being displayed.

"Hi, this is Kent Brockman and I will be doing the lottery for tonight" said, the man in his red suit.

Skinner looked as the wheel spun.

"The first number is 24" Said, the man and Skinner looked at his ticket and saw it did start with a 24.

The machine rolled again.

"The next is 16" said, the man.

Skinner moved his finger and saw his ticket had a 16 and the machine rolled again.

"The next number is 9" Said, the man and Skinner eyes slowly widened when he saw that he had a 9 after that and the machine rolled again.

"The next number is 32" said, the man and Skinner heart began to pound when he saw that he had a 32 afterwards.

The machine rolled.

"The next number is 29" said, the man and Skinner could not believe his eyes, 5 in a row!

The machine rolled.

"And the final number is 2" said, the man before saying. "So, if you have the numbers 24, 16, 9, 32, 29 and 2 in this exact order. You have won 35 million dollars."

What?

He won?

HE WON!

Skinner felt the urge to shout to the world that he had won the lottery, he was rich baby!

But something in him made him not tell the whole world that he won, he didn't know why he got into his car silently or drove home to hear his mother screaming at him.

He cooked himself something before going to his room and staring at the door for the whole night.

Somewhere in the middle of night and day, he realised, what was going on.

He realised why he wasn't shouting to the rooftops that he had won the lottery and was now a Millionaire, it was because the small ticket in his hand was the one thing in his life that he could call truly his own.

He was living with another man's mother.

He had taken on another man's identity and was not dependable at all.

He was a Principle of the worst school in the entire state and if he quit, he would just be another rich guy who didn't have a single thing to his name and who could only spend money until it ran out.

What kind of man exploited an 8-year-old child just to make his school look better?

The next day, he went to the Lotto station and said. "I've come to claim my prize"

"Oh, somebody exactly won" said, a woman in a brown suit, as he gave her his ticket.

But what he said next stunned her.

"Ur, can you not broadcast me on live tv?" He said.

She was stunned.

"I'll rather not have people knowing I won the lottery except for my bank" Skinner said.

"Oh, okay" She said, it was a request that had never been done before, but then she said. "But can you tell me what you're going to spend the money on, when its transferred into your bank account?"

"I'm going to invest 5 percent of the money into the stock market and higher some nerds to make money for me. Then I'll going to start investing in Springfield as a whole" He said, shocking her.

She had never heard a game plan like that.

"When will the money be transferred to my bank account? I need to notify my bank so they can start setting things up for me" said, Skinner.

"Early as early as Monday" Shee said.

And Monday came and Skinner in his office got a call from his bank who didn't believe him at first until they saw the actually cash, they were ready to invest for him and that the money that wasn't used will be protected by his signature, they would be sending over new cards to him which would turn a cash machine into one that he needed to sign for, to be used.

When the cards did come, he went looking for a new apartment away from his mother.

When he told his mother that he was moving out, she laughed as if it was the funniest joke in the world before promptly helping him to the outside the house, convinced he would come crawling back.

She didn't come with him, so she did not see the fancy apartment he was moving in to or that he had brought other suits in places his students couldn't afford to shop at.

The following Monday, the students and staff noticed Principle Skinner weird behaviour and better-quality suit.

He walked around with a stack of paper and began to write thing's down on it as he walked through the whole school, and then he gave each teacher a new pin that they wore for a single day and then give it back to him after school.

It was an odd request but none of the staff cared enough to look into it more.

The pins he gave them were actually mini camera's and Skinner spent nights watching it all.

When he was done, he went to his new closet and got the fanciest suit he owned and then went to his brand-new car that he would never drive to the school in.

He picked up his personal accountants.

His destination was the building where the school board of Education were meeting.

He barged into the building, with his legion of people behind him.

"So how was Springfield Elementary this month, Chalmers" said, a man who had a higher paycheck than the man who was constantly breathing down Skinner throat at school.

"U-Urm, well." said, Gary Chalmer.

And that was the point, Skinner barged into the room of 15 people.

"SKINNNER!" Gary Chalmer said.

"Oh, hello sir." Skinner said.

"What are you doing here!?' Said, Chalmer. "This is a private meeting!"

"I actually came to request permission to repair Springfield Elementary" said, Skinner as he turned to the group of surprised people.

But what they all noticed were the people behind Skinner who were dressed smartly and the new suit he wore.

"Repair, Springfield?" Said, one of them. "Why should we lend you such money? Do you know how much that would cost?"

"That's why I propose that I pay for the repairs" said, Skinner much to the whole room shock.

"Mr Skinner is willing to spend one million dollars on school repairs" said, his female accountant. "He'll will also pay to have fresh food delivered to the school. If that doesn't work, he'll would get premade food delivered to the school"

Every single person was stunned.

"I've recently come into some money and I want to invest it into the school" Said, Skinner taking a seat, before he said. "If you don't believe me, I will give you all 200 dollars right now"

And then his other assistant began to put stacks of money in front of all of them and even gave some to Chalmer who was too shocked to do anything.

Altogether, he had given them 3 thousand dollars like it was nothing.

"Do I have your attention now?" Skinner said, as they all looked at the cash in front of them or in their hands in shock.

And so permission to repair the school was approved, Skinner walked out not only changing his boss opinion of him but he was not just a face to the board of Education anymore.

When the students went home the next day, all the teachers were called into the hall only to be shocked when they saw Skinner in his expensive suit and his team behind him as he went up.

"I have gathered you all today, to tell you that the school will undergo a complete repair from the ground up on Monday." He said, stunning them all. "I am told that these repairs will take three months' so I will be paying all of you for those three years"

And then two of his team began to give our envelopes, when all the staff got them, they were shocked to see the first real paycheck they had received in years.

It was a paycheck that was what they were supposed to get for their month of service but never got because of how poor the school was.

"Feel free to cash these cheques in. You will find that they all real. A team has been hired to tell every parent about the schools repairs." Skinner said, before he said. "I hope you all have a lovely three months" and then he left, stunning the whole room.

Of course, all the teacher's went to see if the check was real only to be shocked to find money being added to their bank accounts.

The teachers couldn't believe it, they had been properly paid!

Meanwhile parents of kid's were shocked to receive phone calls about School repairs for Springfield Elementary, some parents couldn't believe it so they sent their kids to school personally only to see a very real construction going on.

On the first day of construction, an army of exterminator's had been called in to catch the rats and other unwanted pests that had plagued the school for years.

It was quiet the sight to see giant dead rats being dragged out of the school, Springfield even broke the world record for the world's largest rat which took 15 exterminators to take it down.

Meanwhile Teachers were seen partying and enjoying their time away from the school.

Principle Skinner was seen signing a contract with an actually good food provider for the school.

Even parents came to watch as the school that they were ashamed of admitting their children went to had a thoroughly clean out, taking away chairs and even broken windows out.

Technicians were hired to fix the water, gas, electricity and Wifi problem.

Those who watched couldn't help but wonder where the money was coming from as by the end of month 2, they were moving in Funiture, lockers, drinking fountains and even vending machines.

Something the children were extremely happy about and Skinner too, since Vending machines practically pay for themselves and that he could get some of the money he had dumped into the school back.

When the workers were done and had been paid for their services, the first to get into the repaired school was the teacher's and each one of them was shocked to see the school miraculous transformation, they were shocked to see their chalk boards had become white boards next to interactive one's.

Skinner could afford such thing's because of the school's location, many people moved to Springfield because of how cheap it was so it drastically reduced the price of otherwise expensive things.

But the new school would certainly increase the land value of Springfield.

Even the Bord of Education came in to inspect the school and were stunned by how it no longer looked terrible.

And so, on a Wednesday, the students of Springfield Elementary returned back to school.

Including one Simpson family.
