Before reading this is the sequel to my story Mindless. If you haven't read it you won't get this story (read it if you want I'm not complaining you never know you could get It :D)
!The Darkened Mind!
Chapter 1 –Wow Three Years Have Gone Quick
Three years had gone past since Naruto was last seen or since Naruto had seen anything. Sasuke had not left the leaf village because Naruto was not there to drive him away and everything seems to be the opposite of the tale known as 'Naruto Shippuden'. Orochimaru still perished but in a battle with Sasuke instead of in a battle with Naruto (Sasuke is basically now taken Naruto's position of 'HERO' because he defeated pain. Itachi never turned up in the leaf village or anywhere near it (so Sasuke didn't have a mental breakdown :P). Although everything looked and seemed good in the outside world, there was a dark and evil power that had dwelled within a large metal room specifically built to withstand anything… or was it!
Out of the silence there came the shadowed voices of hidden sand village ninja. "Quick, this way. We need to find out what Orochimaru has been trying to hide the past three years."
Inside the chamber there was nothing but darkness, until… in the centre of the room a silhouetted figure emerged. The silhouettes' eyes opened and a shimmer of sky blue came from the iris but then what appeared to be a bloody red colour looked like it completely took over his eyes.
"I would say that my training is complete… and no-one will stop ME!" roared the shrouded figure.
Suddenly with one Meer punch the doors were ripped off of their hinges and sent hurdling toward the ninja. They were all crushed.
Naruto stepped out of the dust and walked the dead ninja like they weren't even any there, he kept on walking until he came to the opening where the old Akatsuki base -that was now just rubble- used to be.
"W…where is everybody? What happened?" he said
"Well…"
Naruto sharply turned around to see Kakashi sitting on a half broken pillar.
"Nobody had seen or heard from you in a year so we came looking for you to bring you home… but we couldn't defeat the Akatsuki, after endless hours of fighting they fled forgetting you were here and so we demolished this place looking for you. We found nothing!"
"Then why are you here?" said Naruto
"The sand village had reported that there was a quake near the Akatsuki's old hideout and the ground had split, they also said that they found that little vault you were hiding in so we came to check it out. And here we are."
"So where are they all?" asked Naruto
"No-one knows after they fled from us all nine have been spotted on more than one occasion."
"Wait… nine, but there are eleven Akatsuki members well twelve if you include me… which you should."
"Two Akatsuki members are dead Naruto-"
"WHO ARE THEY? TELL ME NOW!"
"They are Pein and Orochimaru…"
"H…He's dead. My dad is dead… Who killed him?"
"I can't-"
"I SAID, FUCKING TELL ME, NOW! OR I'LL RIP YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF!"
"It was Sasuke Uchiha…"
"Wait you mean like cousin Itachi's little brother Sasuke?"
"Yes"
Naruto whispered "He's dead"
Naruto looked up at the sky where the roof used to be and jumped. Kakashi turned and watched him flee or was he?
"HE'S HEADING TOWORDS THE LEAF VILLAGE!" he Belted out loud at the top of his voice with a horrific expression on his face!
What will happen? Will Sasuke be killed or will there be a twist of fate for Naruto and Sasuke? Keep on reviewing and I will update soon (^_^)
