The work out with Auggie had been fun and hopefully she might not get her butt kicked quite so soundly next time. And with the way her time at the agency had been going 'next time' would be very soon.
Annie opened her locker swiping her towel across her forehead collecting sweat.
"Looked like you were having fun out there." Joan said leaning against a locker slightly down the row.
"Is this going to be, like, a thing?" Annie asked regarding her boss. The older woman raised her eyebrow in question. "You watching me change." She clarified.
"Actually I was just getting this from the locker." Joan smirked lifting her hand slightly to indicated the binder she was holding.
"Auggie is a good one to teach you." She said changing the subject and regarding Annie seriously. "It's good that you're willing to learn."
"Yeah well, I really hate being covered in bruises."
"At least you can hold your own enough for it to only be bruises."
"Not really, someone has always had my back." The two women regarded each other for a few moments. A playful glint crept back into Joan's eye.
"I'm a pretty good workout partner if you ever wanted."
"Sparing with my boss? Nah, I think I'll pass. I don't think I'd be able to live it down if I hurt you."
"First of all, Annie, you wouldn't. At least not for a long time. And second," Joan took a step forward invading Annie's space. "I wasn't necessarily talking about sparing." Her voice taking on a sensual quality sending a shiver through the younger blond. Joan's hand ran along Annie's back as she moved past and out of the room.
How was it that with just a few simple words or a look the spunky blond was able to throw her off balance quite so well? Regardless the score was officially Joan: 2, Annie: 0. Annie slammed the locker closed banging her head on the cool metal. What exactly was she supposed to do now. Her incredibly sexy boss had just propositioned her. Was it serious?
