DISCLAIMER: I don't own Harry Potter, nor do I own Ginny Weasley. I only own my ideas….Sad times! Battle for Everything

I know everyone does these. But maybe mine will be different. I am starting this story right after Harry breaks up with her in sixth year and following her until I get tired of it.

I was sitting in my room, just silent, wondering how everything had happened like this. I knew why he left, I just couldn't imagine it. The boy that I had pined after for so long was now gone and it was all because he had to go and do something noble. I was sick of him. Sick of trying to be good enough to match up to him, sick of just trying to show him that he should be with me. He had no idea how hard it was. Okay, so maybe he did. But still, I was done with him and possibly any other guys in the world.

Oh, God. I was actually crying!

"Hey, Gin!" my brother Ron called up the stairs. "Want to play Quidditch?"

I wiped my eyes on the back of my hand and called back in what I hoped was a confident voice. "Yeah! Who all is playing?" Instead of getting a reply back, all I could hear was his clomping footsteps coming up the stairs.

"Me and you. Possibly Fred and George if they can break away from their shop for the evening," Ron said, leaning against the doorpost. I nodded and stopped up, grabbing my trainers in the process. "Were you crying?"

"No. What do you take me for?" I scoffed, brushing past him. I skipped down the stairs and ran into Dad. "Sorry, Dad. I was going out to play Quidditch."

"All right. Just watch where you're going next time," he laughed as I ran outside. I picked up my broom and took a deep breath. Quidditch always reminded me of him. No. I had to stop. I wasn't going to think about him. I was just going to have fun here. Maybe.
