Happy birthday to SalchanTheWitch, as a sometime practitioner, I really liked this idea. Plus, this show needs more good supernatural beings, you know!

Unexpected Reassurance
Sam lifted his hand to shield his eyes from the candlelight. The girl lit four candles, green, yellow, blue, and red. Then she handed Sam the deck.
"Shuffle it."
"Me?"
"You order the cards, I simply help you determine their meaning."
Sam shuffled, still unconvinced. She laid out three cards.
"Three of Swords, great sorrow began your journey. Reversed five of cups, you remain worried while searching. King of cups, a man with many secrets."
Sam was amazed. Before he could ask, she flipped another card.
"Eight of Wands, he's alive."
For once, Sam was glad to find a witch.
