Hey, guys.
I'm thinking about discontinuing 'Trouble in the Past', I'm just out of ideas, folks. Plus school and we've been practicing for band a lot. If you want to check us out, go to YouTube and type in Campbell Missouri. Then when you see the people in gold shirts and black overalls, that's us. Tell me what you think in reviews. I would recommend that you look at the one with us in our full uniforms; we had to march in the rain. Ok, I'm done talking.
In this fic, Harry and Neville are like nine months old. Yes, the original Order of the Phoenix reads the third Harry Potter book. Why the third? Because that's my favorite book. And because that's when characters like Remus and Sirius come into play. Might add some other characters later, if ya know what I mean...
Sirius was bored, dead bored. He didn't care about attacks in New York, he also didn't care that the Cannons lost their ninth game in a roll last night. 'Wish there was something exciting to do' he thought, forgetting that the meeting was being held in the Room of Requirement, and that the room would actually respond to him, fulfilling his wishes.
A bright blue light filled the room, and everyone stopped talking. The blue light soon disappeared and a book was laying on the table. James stood up and reached across the table to pick the book up. The concern on his face was soon replaced by excitement and curiosity. He looked up and turned the book around so that they could all see the cover.
"Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban," he read. All of the people in the room turn to look at the raven-haired boy bouncing on his mother's lap.
"Read the back, if you will, James," Dumbledore said eyeing the book carefully, as if it were about to explode. James nodded and turned the book over and began to read, " For twelve long years, the dread fortress of Azkaban held an infamous prisoner named Sirius Black."
"Wait, what? I'm in Azkaban? What for?!" Sirius exclaimed. Lily glared at him and motioned for James to continue.
"Convicted of killing thirteen people with a single curse, he was said to be the heir apparent to the Dark Lord, Voldemort.
Now he has escaped, leaving only two clues as to where he might be headed: Harry Potter's defeat of You-Know-You-" many whoops were heard around the room, Sirius' being the loudest. And on that happy note, James continued to read. "was Black's downfall as well. And the Azkaban guards heard Black muttering in his sleep, "He's at Hogwarts . . . "He's at Hogwarts."
Harry Potter isn't safe, not even within the walls of his magical school, surrounded by his friends. Because on top of it all, there may well be a traitor in their midst."
The Order sat in silence for a moment, then Dumbledore said, "Well, lets read it."
