Ellie.

I walked beside Manny while Diego and Sid led the way.

We were on our way to a new home.

Our cave had been destroyed by the flood.

I didn't feel it coming, but it came so sudden.

Like an enemy getting hit with an arrow to the back.

The pain was horrible feeling.

I stopped walking and groaned.

Manny looked back at me to see if I was okay.

I said I was, but he didn't believe me.

I tried to walk again but the pain was to strong.

He stood beside me and looked me in the eye.

He could tell something was wrong, and so could I.

He walked over to Diego and said something to him.

I couldn't hear what because it was muffled.

Manny walked back over and stood before me.

He stood in the sun so I had shade.

I smiled but groaned again.

"Ellie what's wrong?" I groaned again but then looked at his worried brown eyes.

"Its nothing. Just a cramp." I responded.

It was normal. I tended to have these a lot since I became pregnant with our child,

but Manny didn't know that.

I look behind his big self, and noticed my brothers and Digeo along with Sid, were gone.

Where did they go?

The rest of the herd came back later.

Manny again talked to them and then walked back over to me.

"We found a cave. But its a little far. Do you think you can walk?"

I nodded and made an attempt to stand up.

He lifted his trunk under me and used it to hoist me up.

"If you fall I'll hold on to you." I smiled.

Again we started to walk to our cave.

we made it to the cave, hours later.

I was tired and eshousted and Manny could tell.

I collasped on the cave floor, and groaned.

The cramp still haddn't gone away.

Manny laid down beside me and scooted closer.

He wrapped his trunk around mine.

He softly whispered three words into my ears.

"I love you."
