Set after EC. Artemis has not gotten his memories back yet, and another
magical dimension is worried he will discover their world. While back in
Haven a new threat is rising, one with a combined power so great that might
take the help of the world's smartest person to stop it.

"Look, they haven't been out of training of that long!"
"All they have to do is work with the People as part of that new ambassador program. It's not hard and relatively fool proof and they need the experience."
"Relatively fool proof?"
"Why don't you bring them in and we can discuss it with them."
"OK, you three get in here! And don't look like that; you're not in trouble. For once."
Alixi, Lisa, and Katt looked like three ordinary human girls. Except for their eyes, the pupils in them were longer than a human's giving them a cat-like appearance. They were part of the SIA, Salem Intelligence Agency, as three of the youngest applicants to have passed the training to give them agent status. Now they were about to receive their first mission.
"Right, you are here to get your first mission assignment" the Chief said "You've all heard about the new ambassadorship to the People?"
All three girls nodded their heads
"You also have heard about an 'Artemis Fowl' in the news lately?" Commander Ruby deaVictoria added.
Again, they nodded.
"You are going with the ambassador to Haven and working at the LEP for a little while to get you current with the Artemis Fowl situation. He has been mind wiped but we still think him a threat. The People have said they would end surveillance on him, but that didn't include us. You are being sent down to Haven because you are Kasikas and can assume another form besides one that looks human. We don't need to start riots down there because some one thought they saw a human. You leave first thing tomorrow. Get packing." The Chief finished. "Oh, and don't forget to stop by my office to get your briefing papers."
Salem had just formed an alliance with Haven, a first, although they had worked together before. Salem was the capital of Giridina, a country in another dimension. The fairies had fled underground when the humans became a nuisance, and the wizards, witches and other people with magic created their own dimension. Katt, Lisa, and Alixi were Kasikas, a word from the old language meaning 'Cat Spirit'. They can change in to three different forms, a cat, a human, and a cat spirit that looks like a cross between a cat and a human. They also have magic powers, but it is normally a specific Gift or Talent not the wide range of the witches and wizards.
