-Prologue-
'BREAKING NEWS: Cyber attacks on the Federal database. Unknown what hackers have taken.'
The headlines on BBC's news network read. The Prime Minister was with his advisers discussing the matter in private in the Prime Minister's office. they had MI6 on the line. M was on the other end of the phone. The Prime Minister was outraged with everyone. He repeatedly asks how these people were able to take control. Everyone was silent, it was for their own good. M sat behind her desk afraid to say a word as the Prime Minister continued with his rant. Her assistant was standing in her doorway just watching everything take place.
"For god sake, shut the door!"
M shouted. The prime Minister stopped and turned his head to the phone laying on his desk.
"What was that, madame?"
He asked in a rude manner.
"I'm sorry sir, that was toward my ASSISTANT."
She said to him as she stared at her assistant. He jumped slightly and quickly exits the room, slamming the door. M rubbed her temple lobes and looked at her phone.
"How in the hell did you let this happen?"
The prime Minister asked his advisers, but they were as baffled as he was.
"This had to be an outside source."
One of them suggested.
"Nonsense, something of this scale had to be an inside job."
Another rebutted.
"Not necessarily. Do you remember China hacked the Pentagon a few years back?"
A man bursts into the Prime Minister's office. Everyone looks at the man as he walks up and hands a report to the Prime Minister. He reads it out loud to everyone.
"Reports have it that the origin of the attack was from China."
"China? Me and my damn mind, I just jinxed us didn't I?
One of the advisers asks in a nervous and sarcastic tone. But it was no laughing matter.
"Why the hell would China do something like this?"
"I don't like it."
Questions that floated around the room.
"Unlike the Americans, we must take actions against the Chinese."
The Prime Minister replied.
"Do you have the exact location of the source of the attack?"
M asked.
"Yes. We have traced it to an abandon warehouse in Bei-Jing."
The Prime Minister answered.
"Let me send an agent to confirm this before we take any immediate action."
The prime Minister thinks about it for a moment and cools down. He looks at the people around him and nods his head.
"Do it."
(Sorry for it being a short prologue, it's just a small scene to set up the events of the story. I'm writing this as a if it were a film and every little detail such as "camera cuts to" or "screen goes black" are to be used a visual effects as you read. It is an experimental story of mine and I would like people to put reviews and their thoughts of it. If it doesn't succeed then this story will be dropped. Anyway, that's for reading! Chapter one is in progress and will take some time. Sincerely, theimaginationist
