A/N: This could be oneshot, maybe more I'm not sure. It kind of follows what was going on in the recent Hollyoaks episodes. It's a little violent but ah what the hell. Tell me what you think of it.
"So you want the job." He said finally.
Kevin nodded, his blue eyes intent upon the hooded figure.
"You sure you can do it?" He asked, rising to his feet. Kevin took a step back. Walker was much taller than he had originally thought.
"Yeah. Yeah, I can do it." Kevin's eyes flickered to the floor.
"Good," Walker gave him a unnerving smile, "Cause if you don't, there will be consequences on both parts."
"What do you mean?"
Walker started to move towards Kevin, "Well if you fail, you get caught by Brendan - then he'd know there was someone out to get him. And I can't have that, which means then you'd get caught by me."
Kevin shuffled backwards until he was cornered in between a brick wall and a tarpaulin covered metal fence. He swallowed when his back hit the wall.
"I can do it, I swear." He said, voice trembling slightly.
Walker sniffed the air slowly, "Great."

"I'm not lying, I swear!" Kevin exclaimed as Brendan shoved him up against his office door, one forearm across Kevin's shoulders. He was nearly as tall as Walker but ultimately more frightening.
"Really? Cause you said his name was Roger, not Robert." Brendan whispered menacingly, his face close to Kevin's. He could almost smell the fear on the smaller man.
"I - er, well I'm just n-nervous!" He said desperately.
Brendan sighed heavily, tilting his head to one side, "I don't believe you."
Kevin swallowed, blinking twice to get rid of the terrified tears, "Please, I-"
"Do you know what I do to people who lie, Kevin?" Brendan continued cryptically. Kevin knew exactly what Brendan did to people who lied to him.
He became silent, eyes wide.
"Why don't you tell me the truth then?" Brendan snarled, fisting the front of his hoodie and shoving him onto the desk.
"I can't!" He yelled back. Brendan paused.
"Why not?" He asked lowly, pulling Kevin back up slowly.
"Because-"
Ste burst in, "Brendan, what the 'ell are ya doing? Put him down now!"
Brendan closed his eyes and exhaled. He uncurled his fingers on Kevin's top and Kevin sidestepped him before running out.
"What was that!" Ste exclaimed, grabbing Brendan's arm and forcing him to look at him, "I thought all that stuff was behind ya now." He added sadly.
"That little shit is dead," Brendan shoved past Ste and ran out onto the balcony. He saw Kevin speed walking in the other direction.
"Kevin!" Brendan yelled out, "If I ever see you again I'll kill ye!"
Ste pulled him back inside.

Kevin stumbled into Walker's temporary home. It was a small portacabin, white and blue with few of his possessions.
"Yes?" Walker asked, his eyes closed as he sat cross-legged.
Kevin waited a moment to catch his breath before saying, "He knows, he knows I was lying."
Walker's eyes snapped open. In a flurry of movement he had thrown Kevin down on the mattress.
"Well we'll just frame him for something then." Walker said calmly, an unnerving glint in his eyes.
"What are you doing?" Kevin asked, although he already had a fair idea.
Walker shrugged his coat off, laying it down on a cupboard, followed by his leather gloves and then his scarf.
"On average how long would you say the time charged for sexual assault is?" Walker asked, moving forward.
"No!" Kevin shook his head, trying to get up but being shoved back down again.
Walker lowered himself onto the mattress, then settled himself over Kevin, raising a fist.
