Have you ever battle saved on Radiant Dawn thinking it was a good time and it ends up someone you already moved dies and there is no way to save them so you must start the whole battle over?

Well my brother was playing the game and he did just that on normal mode chapter 2 Leonardo and Edward are both important.

But still nonetheless he kept reseting confident there was a way to save them both.

Battle Saves

Leonardo: E…Edward its your turn this time.

Edward: NO! I could have sworn I died last time!

Micaiah: Why does the goddess hate us?

Edward: Dang it…And I was…doing so well, too… *Dies*

*Player resets game for the 4th time, already*

Leo: W-What? Again! We practically breathe blood!

Ed: This is your turn to die this time Leo.

Leo: Why don't we just use a vulnerary?

Ed: I have to idea but my body won't move anymore we will la-

*Archer strikes Leonardo*

Leo: Ack! How is it…That people are born…only to die so swiftly? If only I had lived a little longer…

Ed: NOOOO!

*Player resets game*

Ed: WHHHHHHY! Whoever you are! You can't win STOP KILLING US!

Leo: Ed calm down! I think all of this made you a little insa-

*Archer attacks Edward*

Ed: *Blinks* I…I lived!

*Soldier attacks Edward*

Ed:….

Leo: Edward.

Ed: Yes?

Leo: Your death quote.

Ed: No.

Leo: No?

Ed: I'll die again if I say my death quote. So I refuse.

*Game freezes*

Player: Maybe it's a glitch?

*Resets game*

Ed: *Crying*

Leo: Ed?

Ed: I can't take this! Dying over and over the only one who can move is Sothe for some odd reason and Sothe for another odd reason can't kill both the Archer and the soldier saving us both!

Leo: You really thought about all this.

Ed: Yea and I can't stand to listen to anymore Laura stories.

Leo: Well looks like your about to be relived of Laura's stories right about now.

Ed: But I died last time!

*Ed gets stabbed by soldier*

Ed: WHY! I can't take it Micaiah why cant I stay dead why do you need me to heal this abbot guy!

Leo: Edward your Death Quote not your Whining Quote.

Ed: *Unenthusiastic tone* ahhh…and I was doing well…

Leo: too.

Ed: Two?

Leo: No, too. You forgot to say it.

Ed:…*waits*…..

Leo: *Stares*

Ed: Too! *Dies*

*player resets game*

Ed: Sothe rescue me!

Sothe: What so your some kind of princess now?

Ed: I..err...YES! Anything! Just stop the dying and all the blood and the reseting and the archer!*glares at archer*

Sothe: *stares*…*Tries to pick up Edward and fails* Your on your own princess lose some weight.

Ed: NOOOOOOO!*Tries to reach for vulnerary* WHY CAN'T I MOVE!

Leo: Please someone stop this madness!

Ed: Leo you too?

*archer kills Leo*

Leo:…something, something dying swiftly. Living longer...blah. *Dies*

Player: Maybe this isn't working…

Player: *waits*…Oh well, one more try couldn't hurt. *evil laughs*

*Resets game*

Author's Note- Well It was short but relatable, right? This was just in my head so I decided to write it down. Err, type it down.

Anyways I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Battle Saves in Radiant dawn.

Like, how they in a way cheat. How difficult Path of radiance is without them? Or some short story of a time something like this happened to you.
