Disclaimer: I've always wondered how Donna would react to The Doctor's regeneration into his eleventh body, and so, I came up with this. I'm not, in any way, shape or form involved with Doctor Who, and although I wish I was, unfortunately, that is not so. I mean not to offend anyone, but to spread to joy of Donna Noble and the wonderful Doctor. Please, leave a review. Your opinions are important to me, and I value what you lovely Whovians think. Thank you.

"Doctor!" Donna shrieked, the words escaping her lips involuntarily. It was difficult to stop her shock and worry now as her friend, The Doctor started to change. He was making groaning noises as if in pain and soon, he looked up, his arms spreading out and an almost blinding light shooting from him. Donna covered her eyes almost instantly, yelping in shock as this unusual happening occurred to the male before her. When hearing the sound of a small sigh, she moved her hand from her face, her lips inching open and a form of disgust pasting over her features as she looked at The Doctor.

"Oh, Donna. Donna- I regenerated. I-Oh, tell me I look good. Am I ginger? Oh, hell. If I'm not ginger I give up! Eleven regenerations, and I haven't yet been given ginger hair. Mirror- mirror, I need a mirror."

He slapped his cheeks before frantically running his hands through his hair.

"Longer than it was, but is it ginger? "

He was speaking so quickly and yet Donna was barely listening. Why would she? What she had witnessed was perhaps one of the weirdest things she'd ever experienced, and she was feeling a mixture of horror and amazement.

"What the hell just happened?" She interrupted as The Doctor contorted his face with his fingers, pulling the skin on his cheek. It wasn't ordinary that was for sure. He looked to her in an almost questioning manner as if this was an everyday thing for him before finally coming into realisation that it wasn't, and he stepped towards her.

"Regeneration Donna." He told her simply before stopping in front of her, the redheaded woman stepping back in an almost cautious manner.

"You what? I mean, I always knew you were a little bit weird but a shape-shifter? You never bloody told me that!" She screwed up her face, the words she spoke exiting her lips rather abruptly.

"I'm not a shape-shifter." The Doctor reassured her.

"Well what the hell was that? "Donna frowned as she waited for The Doctor's answer, her arms folding over her chest. She pursed her lips and watched him, her eyes gazing at the unfamiliar face The Doctor now possessed.

"Regeneration. I change shape. This is my eleventh body. The body you knew, the me you knew, that was my tenth regeneration. When I get hurt or-or whatever, my body changes, and I grow into a new body. Just tell me one thing. How do I look? Do I look good. Am I still as handsome as I was?"

The Doctor spoke in such a hopeful tone, relying on Donna to tell him the truth. After all, she was never one to keep her opinions to herself.

"You're fatter." Was all she said, her words so simple. "And where on earth are your eyebrows? I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't care much for eyebrows but you don't seem to have any. That's not normal. You're not normal. You're impossible." She was staring, and she realised this. It was hard not to. Her friend had changed in front of her eyes, and it was going to take some time to get used to. "You're an impossible idiot, spaceman.
