Chapter 1: The Unexpected Visit
"INUYASHA!", Kagome took one deep breath and continued. "Who said you can eat all the ramen. I saved one for Shippo who always complains that you eat all of his food.''
"Well then bring more ramen next time!"
"You always do this, I'm leaving! And don't you dare come after me, got it?"
"Feh, who needs you? Bring more ramen next time!"
Kagome stomped into the forest.
Miroku was sick and tired of all this fighting. " Inuyasha, I advise you to not anger Lady Kagome this way. She is already mad at you since you still have feelings for the Priestess."
" Feh, Kagome will come back. She always does."
"I'm so mad at Inuyasha. Can't he see that I love him? All he does is run to Kikyo whenever he gets the chance." Kagome sensed jewel shards, seven of them.
"Who's there, show yourself!" Kagome suddenly realized that Inuyasha wasn't there to protect her.
"Wait, never mind, please leave."
"Well, well, well. Looks like poor little Kagome's all alone. I was planning to kill some worthy demon, but I guess you'll do." He lifted his banryu over his head and yelled "Say goodbye."
Kagome closed her eyes. She heard her name being yelled out by a gruff, manly voice. "KAGOME!"
Inuyasha jumped in front of her in time to leave Kagome untouched. Unfortunetly, Inuyasha was hurt. His back had a deep cut that would not stop bleeding. The blood was flowing out like a fast speed river. Kagome could hardly imagine that a person could have contained so much blood.
"Inuyasha!" Kagome ran to Inuyasha's help.
Bankotsu knew that Kagome loved Inuyasha and Inuyasha loved Kagome but he never knew the love was this strong.
"I won't hurt you, for now." He took Kagome and tossed her roughly over his shoulder.
"We will be seeing each other soon Inuyasha, unless you finally surrender and let this wench die a painful death. But you must hurry, I will not keep her safe forever. The demons of my land would pay a fortune for her."
"Let go of me!" Kagome kneed him in his stomach. He let go of Kagome and grabbed her on her right wrist. "Half breed, now I give you five hours or this pitiful girl will become some demon's next meal."
Bankotsu rushed over to Naraku's Castle. "Don't worry Kagome, Inuyasha will come. But he will die by my hands."
