Almost of my whole adulthood life
No one knew my past

My other subjects in Madagascar
Some who did know
Are most likely dead from accidents
To their own darkness
But, that's about it
Anyone else, never knew my own history
True history, I may add
Most who know me now, met me when I was at beginning of my teenage years
I didn't enter my royalty life until I was barely a pre-teen
They knew nothing
You see, in my past I hold secrets
Promises
Unfilled dreams
And, insanity
You may to be thinking,
"Wha? How can my king have not an awesome childhood filled with love?"
That's right, I can read your mind
Eh, anyway
Sadly, that is not true
I have a past that I wish not to share
Secrets that anyone will look away ashamed
This is why I cannot tell
I will lose your respect
Forever bind with hatred and fury
Because of what I did
Is unforgivable

A/N: This poem is hints of my upcoming fanfic, Beyond the Stars, though that chapter won't show for quite sometime. This poem mostly speaks of Julien's past that he wishes that it will be forgotten. Forgetting that the past always comes back to haunt you. Poor Julien. This is just a small example of what my fanfic will be like. Hope you like it!
