Rage and Hollow made their way up to Fluke. Rage clapped him on the back, while Hollow sort of just stood there in stony silence.

"Are you ready for this man?"

Fluked looked at Rage. "No, I'm not. I honestly don't think I'll ever be ready for this, but it's what he wanted."

"Good luck up there man. It'll be tougher than the battlefield, but it is what he would have wanted." Hollow spoke up. With a final nod, Fluke took the steps and stood on stage. He looked over the crowd of mourners. Some openly sobbed, others were sharing stories of the man they came to mourn, and still others just sat there. Clearing his voice and getting the attention of everyone in the room he began.

"Evanz was an amazing man who didn't deserve to have his life cut off so short," Fluke started and already he could fill his airways being cut off. Only Evanz's final request allowed Fluke to go on.

"He was a brilliant solider, a just man, but even more so a kind friend. He was the friend who would take a bullet for you and that is exactly what he did." Fluke felt the tears rising up, like a flooded river, and allowed them to. For too long he has choked back his emotions; no longer.

"I was there at his final breathes and the entire time I didn't feel worthy. I shouldn't have been the one holding him, whispering that it would have been alright. I didn't deserve to take his finals words, but I did. I was the one he trusted his final request to and I'll be damned if I allowed them to slip away. So here it is, Evanz final request…his story…" The crowd was now fully blurred by the tears that ran down Fluke's already stained face.

"This is the story of a solider….a soldier that gave his life for mine….this is the story of the man I loved deeply…"

"The first thing you have to know is our crew. There were six of us at the time. Curaxu was our inventor, inventing the most amazing gadgets and technology. The military was always on us for his inventions, but we never gave in. It wasn't like we were expandable. Next was Gubiak, the lab rat. If he wasn't busy making us laugh he was in the lab with Cura, testing out the inventions. Then there was Rage and Hollow, our field agents. Rage was more of a loud fellow who could take out large groups. His need to be known though got him in loads of trouble. Hollow, on the other hand, was quiet and could do single assassinations like it was all a game. He was very cunning. Sadly, his flaw was he was cold. One kill was never enough, but he wasn't big enough to take out large groups. The two balanced each other out. Hollow kept Rage from running out and telling the enemy where we were and Rage kept Hollow from going on a merciless killing spree. Like the perfect married couple. Now this group needed a captain. That is where I was. Captain Fluke, leader of this misfit crew. I got the call from the military and I put the plans into action. Then...then there was Evanz. Every captain needed a right hand man, a man to turn to when he became unsure, a man that would give another opinion. That was Evanz...my right hand man. It's sort of funny how one doesn't even realize someone until they are gone." Fluke stopped talking for a moment before it seemed he realized where he was once more. "Oh, sorry..um...yeah...Evanz did every little thing I asked, from an opinion on if we should attack to getting me a coffee to telling me to go to bed. He did everything."
