"I Miss You" she had written.

Few days later, she decided to call him. "I'm sorry" she said. Park tried to be mad at her, he knew he had the right. He even tried to hate her, but her voice was all he needed. "Eleanor, It's ok" he said, but was it? Of course he was going to be mad she thought. "I'm sorry I didn't call." She apologized once more feeling like it would never be enough. "can I talk to your mom?" she said. He just handed the phone to his mom. After all this time all she said was sorry? Didn't she want to talk? Ehat he heard his mom say was "You okay. .. good… my boy's love…. Working all day… you should….yes…bye" and his mom hung up. That was all? He should have said something else. I love you. I miss you. But he had said It before and she was the one who hadn't

It was the most wonderful time of the year. At least for everyone else. A year ago Christmas was so different for him. His mom had made more food than she used to this year. "It's late" his mom said looking at the hour. "Mindy, just wait" his dad said and pulled his mom into a kiss. Park was bored he just watched TV wishing the night would end and he wouldn't have to fake to be jolly.

The doorbell rang. "door" his mom said looking at him and he stood up to answer, it must be his grandparents. He opened the door and the person who was there was not his grandparents. It was his Eleanor. Before he could think of what to say he wrapped his arms around her. he almost didn't recognized her in new different clothing. "Park" she exclaimed and hugged him back, surprised by his reaction. For the first time in what seemed years he smiled. "Merry Christmas" she say and he moved so he could look at her and kissed her lips softly "Merry Chritmas, Eleanor" he said spinning her around.

The next day they knew they needed to talk. And they did. After she explained what happened with her family and how she stayed with her aunt they had finally time for them. "Eleanor" he called seeing how distracted she was. He turned to look at his eyes, his beautiful Asian eyes.
"I do love you Park" she said and he smiled "I love you, Eleanor, but you already know that"

And just as Mindy said, Park helped Eleanor with her hair their wedding day, and the day after that, and the next, and the next…

I hope you all liked it, I wrote it in the middle of the night under the last sentence of the book right after I read the ending.
