Edward's POV

I can't believe this. I could not believe any of this. My luck just took a monumental turn for the worse. Here I was, Edward Dillinger Jr., on my way to the top of ENCOM. It was only a matter of time before I became the new CEO of this company just like my father nearly was. As a matter of fact if it hadn't been for that crack pot, Kevin Flynn, I could've been the CEO now. Unfortunately fate had a cruel sense of humor. Kevin had gotten dear old dad fired and arrested. He received a lengthy prison sentence and we've barely seen one another since then.

To add insult to injury Kevin's wayward son Sam appeared out of nowhere and took control of ENCOM. His first order of business was to give Alan a big promotion. He made him his partner probably because the young upstart didn't know the first thing about running a large multi-million dollar corporation. However, the young Flynn didn't stop there.

His next order of business was to have me fired. He didn't even say why though I had a feeling that Alan had something to do with it. I wanted to kill that little son of a bitch right then and there. He had no right to have me fired. Heck he had no right to be running this company in the first place. I swore right then and there as I left the board room that I'd have my revenge.

"You'll regret this." Those were my last words to Sam before I stormed out of ENCOM. I wasn't kidding either. He would regret this if it was the last thing I ever did. Then fate finally showed me favor. I received a rather cryptic message on my cell phone that read:

If you want revenge then come see me.

- Sark

Sark was my father's nickname back in the day. I wasn't sure how he managed to get me this mess while in prison, but I didn't care. I proceeded to the prison he was at during visiting hours and after going through the inspection procedures came face to face with Edward Dillinger Sr.

"Hello father. It's been a while. Hasn't it?" I asked the old man. A smile formed on his lips at the sight of me.

"Hello my son. I was wondering if you got my message."

"I did. How did you manage that exactly?" I questioned him. He merely chuckled at my question.

"I have my ways junior," he answered me.

"So why did you call me here?" I asked getting down to business.

"I've heard about ENCOM's under new leader ship; again."

"You are correct," I answered feeling my anger rising again.

"What if I told you of a way that you can achieve your revenge and no one would ever know you were behind it?"

"I'd say I'm all for it," I responded; interest now peaked.

"You've heard of 'Tron' haven't you?"

"Who hasn't? It's the most successful video game to ever be developed," I answered. "What does Tron have to do with anything?" I wondered.

"Tron isn't just a game. It's an entire world." My jaw dropped at that statement.

"What?" I asked.

"Sit back, son and take notes. I have a lengthy story to tell you that I've never told anyone. Something that will take down Kevin Flynn's legacy once and for all."

The End

A/N: For those of you who never saw the original Tron Edward Dillinger Sr. was one of the main antagoists of the film. His program was named Sark. The words 'you'll regret this' were spoken by Sark to Kevin when he was in the game grid. I hope this was an ok short fic. I have another Tron Legacy fic in about Tron himself in mind. I'll post that one sometime tommorow or late tonight.
