I know this isn't a fanfiction, and it might be taken down, but it doesn't really matter.
My dear fellow fanfictioners, I am leaving this site. I will see if I can finish Don't Forget Me, but it may be unlikely. Know that you all and this site have been the great joy of my life. It was always hard to find other people who shared my love (and maybe even unhealthy obsession) for Wicked, Harry Potter, Hunger Games, and Frozen. I love you all dearly and I couldn't leave without a proper goodbye.
Please never lose the urge to write. Write down your feelings, your thoughts, your dreams. Write about what you love and what you hate. What you have been and what you seek out to be. I know I've never lost that urge. It's just I have to move on to bigger things now.
Please never think your writing is bad or stupid because of reviews. That was hard for me to face and to accept. I didn't make a bunch of reviews. Just because another writer gets a hundred reviews on one chapter and you get five doesn't mean you should stop writing. Remember, Harry Potter was once written on a napkin in a restaurant. :)
Please do what Elphaba did. Move on and remember the people who come into your life to teach you something, whether it be good or bad. And remember my loves that even the hardest of times can be the beginning of a new journey.
Thank you for keeping me up at one in the morning and for making me laugh and cry and cling on to your every word, because you are all amazing writers.
I hope to see you all soon my darlings and know that I love each and every one of you.
Because I knew you all, I have truly been changed...for good.
