If Watson Was A Woman
this is a dialog between Shinichi Kudo and Haibara Ai, kind of AU in some way. I like seeing both of them. They look good with each other. So if you don't like them together, it's your choice, just like it's my choice to prefer them than another couple. I post this one in my blog also but under different theme, so I change it to fit here.

If Watson Were A Woman
"What if Watson was a woman, not a man?"
I raised my eyebrow; this man really know how to bring up an intriguing subject, for him and maybe some other people that not me, alive.
"Oh come on... Don't you ever think about it?"
He raised his own eyebrow, like he always did every time I questioned his
actions, as if the matter was way to obvious to argue about, yet he stil make it a point to arguing itt with me.
He walked closer to my chair and leaned in and put both
his hands on my the arms, trapping me with his tall body in the process.
For the first time, I regretted creating the antidote for him; he was really enjoying the fact that
he's now back to his teenager body while I'm still on my kid self.
"I mean what would Holmes do if Watson was a woman?"
"And since when did you care about gender?"
I asked him while putting my book down. Obviously, it's hard to fight his
words while concentrating on reading, or doing other thing than focusing to beat his theory senseless.
"I was just wondering, will Holmes still pick Adler if Watson was a woman."
Ok, that is totally an interesting subject for me, which make me wonder….
"And since when you're concern with Holmes love life more than his deduction method?"
He wave one of his hand carelesly, but make no other gesture or said any answer to that.
At least I know how to make the answer to that question more interesting.
"Which one will you pick then? A beautiful, fascinating Adler that you will
praise all your life but but stay clear away most of the time or an irritating Watson
that will give you logic every time you follow your instincts?"
"Why do you always answer my question with a question, and not just simply
answer it?"
"Not always, but obviously you're the man here and that is a question for a
man. Not to mention you're the one admiring Holmes, not me"
"Are you comparing me to Holmes?"
Yes I do acctually, just like everyone compares him to Holmes.
Not that he's going to hear me said it.
"You're as cocky as him. I believe you also screw up in that area just like
him, women I mean."
He frowned, then smirked, then tapped his chin before grinning widely. It amazes me
how fast he changes his mood and how fast he makes decisions.
"I will keep admiring Adler and hold my affection for her while loving Watson
and keeping her by my side."
I smiled.
"Congratulation you just crowned yourself as Holmes."
Note: I always think that Holmes is that kind of guy if he got stuck in that situation. Anyway I never think is wrong with loving two different person at the same time, it does happen sometimes. I believe Shinichi does. It breaks a heart or two hearts in this case but well a heart is not something you can tell and yell to do.
I'm sorry if it hurt or disturb all Holmes fans. I'm also Holmes fan, I'm sorry but this just what I think, okay?
