Just a random idea that came. If you like it, I'll continue.

Mar Sara

? POV

'What the hell is going on out there?!'

I woke up to a bunch of loud noises and rumblings. Groggily, I walked to the entrance of my cave, which looked like an asshole from inside. I peeked out of the cave, looked down into the valley and saw two armies battling each other. One of them consisted of brown bugs of warying shapes and sizes, the other was blue and shining grey. It looked like the blue team was entrenched on the high ground where they shooted at the bugs that were coming wave after waves.

Great. This again. Typical zerg against terran fight. How much time has passed since that war? That one where everyone killed everyone, then those Earth-terrans came who screwed things up, then zerg killed them. Yeah, that one. It was interesting but I didn't take part in it because... Why didn't I again? Eh, whatever.

So while I was thinking, the terrans got pushed back, the zerg are intensifying and not relenting. They must really want to kill them.

Hmm... Do I do something? That or probable boredom. But what? Do I help? Who do I help? The zerg won't thank me, the terrans on the other hand... Okay I'm gonna help the terrans!

Jim's POV

We're screwed. The situation is FUBAR. The zerg numbers too much. They're exactly like how I remember them: an unending tide of flesh and death. Roaring and stomping, the very land quakes under their feet. And we don't have enough ammo for all of them. What's worse is the Hyperion is still ten minutes from here. We don't have that much time.

Our fighting spirit started to fade at the incoming death. We're going to die and we knew it.

That is, until 'that' happened. An unearthly roar came from the sky, louder than any zerg I've heard. We looked up. We were saved. A motherf**king DRAGON came.

It tore apart the zerg flyers in the skies, clawing and biting them apart, then swooped down to the ground and begin tearing them into shreds. Even the armored roaches were killed in a single hit.

With our vigor renewed, we succesfully continued fending off the zerg until Matt arrived. We evacuated and got the hell out of the dragon tailing us. In space.
