Your lips are warm

Your heart is soft

You kiss me hard

And I do back

But then I feel the chain

That is now around my hand

Like our love that you kept secret

Locked up in a chain of pain

And you have betrayed me

Now leaving me to die

With a heart as cold as stone

I haven't yet realizied the danger

I am currently in

So I grin and mutter

"Pirate"

And then you disappear

With a lie in your clever mind

Now it is my time

To take my final bow

And wave the world goodbye

The foulest creature

Just like you

Is prepared to strike

While you escape

To save the ones

You truly love

Or so you say

I pick up my hat

And hold my sword high

"'Ello beastie"
