I don't own Doctor Who. If I did, Blink would have been the only episode with them as the main villain. (I have strong feelings about Time of the Angels and The Angels Take Manhattan)
"Oh, this is just ridiculous," snarled the Doctor, staring out the front doors of the TARDIS. "Pond, come here and stand watch. You know the spiel. Don't blink, and don't look it in the eyes."
"What?" Amy asked in confusion. The Doctor reached behind himself and dragged her in front of him, placing her face to face with a Weeping Angel. "Doctor…" she said nervously.
"Just a moment," he said, and disappeared into the depths of the TARDIS. Amy had just enough time to get anxious enough to debate closing the TARDIS doors and pretending it had never happened, when the Doctor reappeared. "Out of the way," he commanded, stepping forward.
Amy risked looking away to glance at the Doctor. He was wearing a pair of construction goggles and staring angrily at the Angel. He was also holding a sledgehammer. "You think just because you're a stone right now, it means I can't hurt you and you can try to infiltrate the TARDIS? Think again." And with that, he swung the sledgehammer down on the Angel's head, smashing a large section of it off.
Half an hour later, all that remained of the Angel was dust.
